Went here recently and was really disappointed in the service. They were slow due to being busy but no one even spoke to us for 30 mins which i just can’t fathom how they can let that happen. We were told to set ourselves then they just never came by not for drink orders no menus NOTHING. They seated and served another table after us which was frustrating as well. I finally went to wait in line at the counter with 3-4 other jaded looking patrons who had been there awhile.
I understand being busy but they were outright rude and refused to acknowledge us which unacceptable. All i wanted was a 10 second “here is a menu Ill be with you when I can”. But even that was too much to ask for after waiting half an hour

Restaurant should have posted closed on 7/5. Drove 40 minutes to find it closed. They should realize their patrons live farther than their local community. Recommend calling now that I know you can’t rely on them updating online hours.
Highly recommend. Food was GREAT. Try the Chicken Salad and Hamburger Steak. We live about 2 hours from this Cafe and couldn't leave without taking some chicken salad sandwiches home with us. A must visit if you are in the area.

Service is a disaster. Two of us were never greeted or given a menu or waters, but a 5 person table arriving minutes AFTER us was seated immediately, waters given, and orders taken. No acknowledgement what so ever that we were there, even after asking for menus ourselves. Not sure if this was a racial thing or what, but I do not recommend. 👎🏽
