Need to hire people that are happy dont get mad when customers tell them something is wrong like make it easier for everybody will not be eating here again bad service one cook and one worker last night rude employees this place use to be the best went down hill

The steak was tender considering it was frozen. The servers were constantly complaining about getting credit card tips that they had to wait 3 days for. The cook forgot the cheese for our hash browns. Tables were messy. It was almost 40 for me and the wife. Will not return.

This place tries hard with the associates they have. It's a shame they have to switch to online only due to staff shortages, but the food is still good, and when you get service they are nice as well! ♡

so i went to the store in Graham NC i see 3 waitress one was sitting at the counter jumps up and said we are not taking no walkends when their not serving nobody that im suppose to call it in like how you are going to make any money like that when just because of their lacyness

10/18/25 Around 2:25AM My review in Solely based on Customer service and the food! Ok so boom! 💥 my family and I were just passing through when I saw my favorite restaurant!! (Yes it’s Waffle House judge ya mama not me) ! Anyway! I tried calling but that’s not an option anymore so I ordered online. I order 2gg and grits meal. So of course you can’t add an extra egg. So I went on in to see if I could pay for an extra egg and boom! 💥 yup I could! lol 😂 everyone was very pleasant and they had a good vibe. I spoke with Jeremy (he reminds me of Rob Schneider😌🥰) and he made sure my order was good. Sonny whipped that meal up like it’s his normal wake up routine. He says that things like (my order happens all the time)There was a young lady in there who greeted me with a wonderful smile. I didn’t get to get her name 😢 but she was the only female there at that time so she knows who she is. There was also a younger cat with a nose ring. Ge said he liked my singing voice 🥹💕. All in all I was very tired/a bit frustrated because we had been in the road for a couple of hours from D.C back to Atlanta, Ga. It’s the little things/ the simple things. A smile here, a complement there, all the way up to making sure my meal was 100%correct. Thank yall so much. I don’t believe in coincidences. Not all did you feed my stomach but you feed my spirit.

Food was ok, server seemed unsure of how to do things but he was new so, that's expected. Has hands down one of the nicest cleanist restrooms I've seen in ANY wafflehouse anywhere.
