I’m never really the type to leave a bad review on a place The employees AND manager herself, saw the line was backed out to the door for 15 mins I stood first in line. When we were finally seen, there was no apology for the wait, no thank you for my patience. On top of that, I had asked for no tomato on either of my sandwiches, she says “it doesn’t come with tomato” and giggled at me. (Odd customer service huh?) And also didn’t get my nuggets. Maybe that was my fault for not checking my bag before leaving, but do better y’all, SERIOUSLY.

Reviewing because now this past Monday makes the third time that my daughter and I have had food poisoning from this Wendy's. We have a hard time trusting any fast food now, and rarely go to any fast food restaurants anymore, Wendy's was the last one we would attempt, but I'm not kidding, we're sick every time we eat at this Graham location, now.

Very large puddle of water visible ion floor n cooking area poses safety hazard for staff. Overflowing trash can and some fries on floor or kitchen weren't inviting, nor were tables that could have been cleaner
Waited 11 minutes to place order. Called establishment only to be told it's shift change.?? Disappointing.

Yeah! I feel bad for the poor ppl there, it's mostly online orders, and that means trying to order food there sucks!!!...there too busy making online orders....so I don't go often!!!there food is ,,,well for the price not bad, but all there efforts go to door dash and other delivery apps... So don't bother and going through the drive-thru or inside you're going to wait forever because they're too busy making orders for online customers....
