This is one the worst Wendy's I have ever stopped for take out! Other than the young lady at cash registers, the crew and manager are very unprofessional! What i got wasn't correct. Ask for baconators, got cheeseburgers. Returned to get order corrected, Manager took each burger from bag saying they were made to order. So I ask where the bacon was? When order was re made, got back to house, they put less than half the amount of bacon most Wendy's give. Definitely not my money's worth!

Um the whole place is nasty . They have roaches crawling near the food that's served to ppl, uncooked meat is served. Nothing is fresh about this wendys. And on top of that MANAGEMENT is horrible . Ever since this new manager this restaurant has been going down. You can't even get an order of hot nuggets and fries .

As much as they charge for fast food these days they could at least get the order right. Simple order too. Guy at the food pickup window was less than friendly. About 8pm on 11/1. I hate to complain about fast food, but here we are.
This is the worst Wendy's ever please do not go here go elsewhere! They can't even make a simple chicken sandwich right also the baked potatoes taste terrible and the food was cold. The person taking the order had no hospitality at all she looked like work was the worst place she could possibly be.

Ordered a Dave's double with no pickle and no mayo, and of course get both items on my sandwich. The fries were cold and nasty. The ketchup packets I was given were covered in what I can only assume/hope was dried ketchup. This restaurant has seriously gone down hill. A disgusting meal for $10.66....Wendy's should be ashamed of themselves.

While the employees themselves were polite, the service was bad. Drive thru was wrapped around bldg. Inside line was long. After about 8 minutes in line, we were all told that they were going to take a break from orders to get caught up because only 1 person making sandwiches. Interesting because there were a lot of employees standing around doing nothing. Then after another 15 mins of waiting, there was no light at the end of this tunnel. 8 orders on the screen still waiting. Drive thru still backed up. Even if they had resumed taking orders at that moment, it would've been another 15 mins at a minimum before receiving food. This is a fast food restaurant. While I know that my food isn't always going to be ready on a drop of a dime, 38 mins is extremely excessive. Sadly enough, went to another fast food place nearby and the service and wait time was worst. Note to self, never stop at this exit for food again.
