Would give a zero if possible. Placed order- only person waiting for food was me. Three people came in after me- all received their food. Five employees standing around laughing and cutting up. Thirty minutes later I am still sitting here waiting for food. HORRIBLE customer service. Absolutely ridiculous.

If you decide to come to this particular Zaxby's you need to check your food before you leave because there's about a 50% chance the order will be messed up, esp with their salads, whether they forget to put the bread with your salad, or they leave a topping off, or they give you dipping sauce instead of salad dressing, or they leave the utensils out...very annoying to have to check your food before you leave to make sure everything is the way it is supposed to be, and it's even more annoying going up to the counter and waiting just to ask for something you should have had in the first place. Another thing, when this place runs out of salad containers theyll use a compartmentalized sandwich box and because of the raised ridges of the compartments youll end up getting a salad that's prob 1/3 less the size as normal.Don't really think the preparers care or even pay attention to what theyre doing half the time. That's the only explanation for the reasons behind this review.

every time we come through drive thru it’s the same people working. it’s usually a younger guy and girl but not teenagers although they act like it. they don’t even look at you or acknowledge you at the window. just take the food and money. we don’t even get receipts sometimes because they just try to get us out. there was also a time when they had no ice for a while and they never bothered telling us, we would find out once we got our drinks…

Not one bit impressed with this Business. For one I ordered their Cajun Chicken club sandwich meal and was expecting something good. In the mean time the staff that I was in contact with while going thru the line was not very polite and seemed dense. They could scarcely answer my questions. When I did get the meal, it was put in the box in a very haphazard way and the sandwich was only partly cut thru which made a big headache for eating on the road. The “Cajun” sandwich was not in the least bit Cajun. In fact, the chicken was bitter! There was NO Cajun seasonings on it at all! No flavor other than bitter chicken. For the rest of the sandwich it was just a piece on breaded/fried chicken between to slices of bread off a bread loaf. Looked like something you could pick up at a sandwich shack along the sidewalk in a city somewhere. Very very unprofessional. Not at all as described or expected. I will take zaxbys off my list of places to stop for provisions. That’s for sure! I will give them one plus. Their take out boxes are user friendly but wats the point of a user friendly foam box if the rest is junk/misadvertised!
