The chicken strips are the size of chicken nuggets. Hardly no chicken very poor. This has happened three times. Needless to say I have learn my lesson to never go back there.

If you put an order in on the app they take over an hr to make it. You can't get through on the phone when you try to call. There is absolutely no way to fix your order when they do this.

I was very impressed with the 100 grade they had for their sanitation score. I got my food in no time. Employees give you that great southern courtesy. When I got home with my food and discovered it was hard, as I was unable to bite chicken and fries were super hard, well you can imagine the disappointment and confusion.

I use to come to your store and I always got a tender kids meal with fries and a side of mashed potatoes and gravy, you kept leaving my mashed potatoes OUT, I stopped coming for a couple years go tonight order the same thing, kids tender meal with fries and a side mashed potatoes and gravy $11.change, even asked the girl at the window is my potatoes in there, “yes mam” get home AND NO MAM THEY ARE NOT, you will NEVER CHANGE BOJO!!!

The day shift seems to be great which is why I'm giving two stars. However, the night shifts absolutely tanks their rating. Two weeks in a row we have ate here. Both times the food was not fresh to the point where it could no longer be consumed. They seem to be out of everything and take no pride in their customer service and make sparky comments. It's a shame with the great service I received from the lunch shift just earlier in the week.
