Found blue plastic in gravy either glove or packing bag was to to chose another side someone else was lucky to get the rest of the contaminated gravy cause they didn't toss it out

I went through the drive through at the Bojangles in Granite Falls a couple days ago to grab myself a Cajun Fillet biscuit, I pulled up to the menu board to place my order and I could have sworn there was a robot taking my order because the voice on the other side of the speaker certainly didn't sound human, but when I pulled up to the window to retrieve my breakfast there indeed was a human being handing my food to me ( or perhaps a very well crafted cyborg )...has anyone else had this experience? Update.... I guess the automated ordering is ok and it gets your order accurate but it still takes a human being to put the right stuff in the bag, I'm sure that's all coming soon enough.

1/3 of my meal was not edible; i chose FRIED french frys for my side and they came out way undercooked almost like baking texture not fried in oil.. it hurt my stomach to eat cause all of the oil.. i tried to have the workers fix the mistake and give me actual fries but i received the same consistency and the same awful fries; moral of the story they will give you uncooked food and when you asked for food cooked all the way they will give you the same batch of just whatever made no empathy or understanding just don't waste your time or money and for your stomachs stake
