Everytime I’m here to grab breakfast, the Manager MARK goes above and beyond and runs the front line at 150%.. when it’s obvious that they are short handed. Just want to say keep it up Mark ??

Chicken wings are not white meat. I don't care what google says. I go here every 6 months because that's how long it takes for me to get over the last time I was there. Overly battered on really fatty chicken is my main complaint. Biscuits are good...that's your two stars.

Gave a three chicken was a bit salty but ok, biscuits were good, dirty rice good, but I was asked to wait on fries when we got them they were very dry and way over salted like maybe fried twice. Couldn't eat them thrown awayDietary restrictions: Two much salt for a person with BP issues or anyone else trying to be healthy

It does in a pinch or on the run, usually get the Supremes family meal. It's enough for 3, but it's a little on the pricey side for "fast food"

Got a take out 3 Piece Supreme and when I got home only had 2 Piece Supreme. Wasn't worth driving back 6 miles to fix order.

Sorry that I’m just now getting around to writing this review for the Granite Falls NC location, as my visit was approximately 8 months ago. I was reminded to write this review after a friend had a similar experience recently at a Hickory (N Center Street / Viewmont) location.I stopped by the GF location at 7:00 PM. I went inside to place my order to go. I ordered 2 chicken biscuits (+ lettuce & tomato) and 2 ham biscuits. The plan was to go to my mom’s home nearby; we would have the 2 chicken biscuits for dinner, and then the next morning, we would reheat and have the 2 ham biscuits for breakfast before heading out the door for her medical appointment in Charlotte. My order was taken in a timely manner. Then I waited. And I waited. And then waited some more. The young lady explained that they had used all the ham they had cooked and had to put more on the griddle. Yet I heard customers in the drive-through (over the speaker) placing orders that included ham biscuits, and I never saw any of them being told that ham biscuit orders would take a while, nor did I see any cars waiting an inordinate amount of time at the window for their orders - the drive-through line never slowed. Yet I was told it would be a while. And “a while” was an understatement - I finally had my order in hand and left the restaurant 27 minutes after placing my order. Now I know Bojangles prides itself on its quick drive-through service, but should that be at the expense of a single customer waiting at the inside counter?Got to my mom’s house with the order just a few minutes later, as it’s only 2 miles away. We sat down to finally enjoy the chicken biscuits, only to open them up and be presented with two very sad sights. The biscuits, had they not had anything between them, would’ve only been about 1” thick, as they had not been allowed to rise and were still mostly undercooked dough. The chicken filets were not warm at all - actually colder than room temperature - and the breading on them was not the least bit crisp and was actually soggy, plus the breading was EXTREMELY salty. The doughy biscuits were thrown out the window for the birds to have the next morning. I removed all the breading from the filets, then put them in the air fryer for a bit. Transferred the lettuce & tomato to some slices of white bread, and along with some mayo, we finally had some halfway decent sandwiches for dinner.Next morning, I took the ham biscuits from the fridge and unwrapped them to find the same ultra-thin doughy biscuits, which again I threw out the window. I removed the single ham slices - which were the thinnest I’ve ever seen (only about 1/16”), put them in a frying pan to heat them up, and then made eggs and toast to eat with them. Oddly enough, the ham had NO saltiness whatsoever - I guess all the salt ended up in the breading of the chicken filets!I did not know when I stopped the night before to order and pick up this food that I would have to use some of its ingredients to remake two meals that were acceptable as meals, because what I received from this location certainly wasn’t.I have not revisited this location since then, nor do I intend to. And now I guess I can add the Hickory Viewmont location to the list of ones I won’t visit again.Incidentally, back then I did go online to the site listed on the receipt to do a customer satisfaction survey, and when I finished and tapped submit, it said there was an error and and my submission did not go through. Par for the course.
