They literally do not answer the phone. I tried to call them to add extra sauce to the wings (because they always come with barely any sauce) and have been on hold the entire time it took my girlfriend to physically drive to the store and pick up the food. She is watching them just listen to the phone ringing. Had other bad experiences here as well but this review is becoming too long as is.Edit to add: can't even make this up. The employees started laughing at the phone ringing and making jokes. My girlfriend told them it was me on the phone and they answered it. Jesus Christ.

It took 7 minutes for someone to take my order, while everyone was in the back having a conversation. The lady who took my order was on her personal phone and kept missing my order, when i picked it up the person cutting the food was sucking on a lolly pop and took 5 minutes to find my order bc no onr took my name

I came in Tonight with questions about another location I had made a purchase from the manager on duty was very professional and very helpful as someone with her Job title should be I was treated with respect and concern I didn't get her name but thank you for your hospitality

They delivered my food to the wrong house waited over an hour for my food kept calling and being put on hold after an hour of not getting any response from anyone at the store I went to the store and ask where my food was delivered because I did not get it after the guy researched the driver said he left it on the table across the street no one lives at that house therefore my food was cold over an hour they offered me no compensation for what I had been through I had to drive there myself and they got their delivery charge they got their tip we got the wrong food

Tried Delivery Didn’t even get my food. I came to the building and one of the manager’s were terribly rude.And it felt like the manager didn’t even want to work there saying phrases like( ughh one minute I’m busy) and was rolling her eyes

Westward Bound
I picked up two delivery receipts and an empty pack of nicotine gum out of my front yard 3/12/24 after coming home from picking up my daughter from school. The receipts were from Domino's Pizza of granite falls dated 3/11/24 and the ready times were within minutes apart, this tells me that Domino's has a slob driver that doesn't care and liters at will. I don't appreciate having trash thrown in my yard especially when the person that is doing it is on the clock and is associated with their job! Included are pics of the receipts with the delivery customers addresses marked out to protect their identity.

This place is under new management. First time I've eaten anything since new management. The food was very dry, and the portions were way less for what I paid for. Very dissatisfied. I won't order from them again. By the way. My order was pizza, pasta, and cookie.
