My friends, 3 of them, came in from out of state to celebrate my business opening. There were 5 of us in total that went to have lunch at the brewery. It was a beautiful day out, so we opted to sit out on the patio. We made a great choice because it was perfect out there. It was made even better by the salads and burgers we all ordered. The burgers were cooked to perfection and the salads were huge! I ordered a cider and my other friend ordered an old fashioned, along with out sweet tea's with lemon of course. The service was great, the food was great. I was truly proud to bring in people who aren't from this area, and have such a great experience at GFB. That's their first impression of Granite Falls, NC and GFB did not disappoint!! Thanks y'all, for helping me entertain my friends and giving us a place to kick back, talk about old, memories, make some new ones, and catch up on our live in a fun, peaceful, unhurried, special environment. We'll definitely be back! 100 Stars!!

Can't say anything about anything! They were severely understaffed. We had a beer and were waiting for a table when they finally told us it would be an 1 1/2 wait! So we left. The poor bartender was running her butt off and trying to serve a full bar but she needed to have 2 more bartenders there.

We used to love this place so maybe this was an off night. For their sakes I hope so. We waited forever for two burgers we ordered. And then one came out but didn't have anything on it other than cheese. Plus overdone onion rings. Sent it back and they added crumbled bacon which was still not the burger I asked for. Sent back again. Meanwhile our second burger still had not arrived. At this point we gave up and told them to forget it. They did not offer to comp anything. We drove over an hour because we've always enjoyed this place. As a former server I have never written a negative restaurant review but hopefully this will let them know that this was a poor dining experience. We won't be coming back.

I just discovered this place over the weekend and I totally loved it. Tons of great beers on tap, excellent food, a very welcoming, friendly staff, pool tables, big screen TVs, cozy atmosphere. I was totally not expecting it, but it was awesome. I live in Statesville and I would plan a trip to Granite Falls just to go to this place.

What a cool place to hang out with your friends. But damn we're waiting to be sat for 30minutes waiting for service another 20. No one is around like zero wait staff. Had to go find someone to help us. No one attending the bar. Beer was empty for 10 minutes before another one was brought out. I'm sure our food sat in the kitchen for 10 minutes we we received it it was just barely warm. Burger was over cooked. But it was decent food if it was made correctly and brought out hot.

Beer was ok. The onion rings were burnt. Sent them back. Second order still burnt also. One of the worst Ruben sandwiches I’ve ever had. Canned corn beef. They need to hire more people to wait tables. I won’t be back !!!!!

Went there for my birthday. No one was around to seat us, had to look for staff. When we found them they were rude that we had to find them. Overall service from waitress was awful. Food was awful except onion rings. Ordered a salad for a side, was never told it was going to be higher and what was charged extra wasn't worth it. Asked if they did anything for a birthday and they said no. Won't come back for service like this. Guys at the bar were really nice.
