Wonderful food, service & ice cream

3 stars solely due to how good the food is. Not sure who trains the staff around here but I would recommend teaching the young girls at the counter that it’s rude to just stare customers down when they walk into the restaurant, not acknowledging them or speaking at all. Even when standing directly at the counter, just staring at us. I guess a “hi, how are you” or “what can I get for you” is hard to come by. A smile goes a long way too, if you don’t like speaking to your paying guest. There was one girl who did tell us bye and thanks for coming however so atleast one of the 4 workers is polite :)

I got a cheeseburger combo for myself and a kid's corn dog combo for my daughter. The food was fine. I was disappointed my patty was nothing special, just a pre-made frozen 1/4 pounder. The place was clean enough. The wait staff were very polite & prompt. I thought $4 for a cone was a bit much so we left after eating. It was just okay.

This is a simple, but good ice cream & sandwich shop. The prices are great, food is basic but good, and the employees are all friendly! We would definitely stop by again if we’re in the area.

Dietary restrictions: I have nut allergies and appreciate they keep the nut ice cream separate. I was able to eat the yummy ice cream because there was no cross contamination!

Sign on door says grill closes at 7pm weekdays. Came by at 6:45 and grabbed a menu. I was quickly told by a young man behind the register that the grill was closed. I mentioned the sign and was again quickly told, sorry. Place was full and many had fresh food on tables. May want to change your sign if your grill closes prior to 7pm.
