This was my once a year pick up for the Tender Pork and Gravy Biscuit. The food looks smaller and the price is the most I've ever paid for the biscuit. I buy 2 and the price is around $4.00+ each, this may be my last time getting the biscuit, at least 2 of them...

Went to Burger King next door and they declined my order due to they said their closed at 10:45 butbtge hours were until 11pm their review wasn't good

I order my food and got my frappe I ordered a medium frappe I got a small when i brought it to the attention of one of the workers she said and i quote “I work here you don’t I know what a medium is and that’s a medium” when the highlighted letter was a S for small I was incredibly upset with the service I got

The food did upset my stomach, which made me disappointed and that’s why this food review is way lower, but the food is honestly pretty solid, but I would definitely wait a while till I come back or not come back to this location because it upset my stomach and I don’t know what it was but thank you for reading this.

It's a McDonald's. Their morning crew is great but the late crew is awful. Multiple trips waiting 35+ minutes and still get the orders wrong

Can’t place a mobile order here without it getting canceled. Placed a breakfast order and arrived well before 10:30, tried to pick it up in curbside only to be met with a canceled order after sitting and waiting. No explanation either. Had multiple bad experiences with disrespectful and rude staff at this location. The managers don’t seem concerned when their employees are being extremely disrespectful and complaining to a customers face about doing what they are paid to do and will go as far as to laugh about it and roll their eyes. Definitely in need of a staff clean out at this location. Upper management should be ashamed. Better off just driving to Hudson or hickory.

If I order a Bacon double quarter pounder and ask for no onion and no pickles why would you ring it up as ONLY ketchup mustard and cheese and leave the bacon off?? Bacon is literally in the name of the item I ordered. If the staff would stop standing around yapping maybe they could listen to an order and enter it correctly. And then when I go to ask for just some bacon to add to my burger to fix it you make a whole new burger this time with onion and pickle 🤦♀️ like come on now. At least the crew in the morning know what they're doing I never have issues in the morning before work

Took over 20 - 30 minutes to get a kids meal. Wasn't very friendly either. When I paid..I thought the price was 4.71, so I had that ready to give. My husband said 4.79 so I had .29 ready to give just in case. It was 4.79 so I just added the extra .29 and told him there was extra. He gave me .11 back......kids can't count any more

Every time I order food from here, it is either wrong or I don't get the right amount of food. When I try to get it corrected, which should be easy to do and no problem whatsoever, I am treated like I messed it up or I am the issue. I never have a good experience at this location. These people need more training and need to learn customer service. This place is terrible.
