If I order a Bacon double quarter pounder and ask for no onion and no pickles why would you ring it up as ONLY ketchup mustard and cheese and leave the bacon off?? Bacon is literally in the name of the item I ordered. If the staff would stop standing around yapping maybe they could listen to an order and enter it correctly. And then when I go to ask for just some bacon to add to my burger to fix it you make a whole new burger this time with onion and pickle đ¤Śââď¸ like come on now. At least the crew in the morning know what they're doing I never have issues in the morning before work

Took over 20 - 30 minutes to get a kids meal. Wasn't very friendly either. When I paid..I thought the price was 4.71, so I had that ready to give. My husband said 4.79 so I had .29 ready to give just in case. It was 4.79 so I just added the extra .29 and told him there was extra. He gave me .11 back......kids can't count any more

Every time I order food from here, it is either wrong or I don't get the right amount of food. When I try to get it corrected, which should be easy to do and no problem whatsoever, I am treated like I messed it up or I am the issue. I never have a good experience at this location. These people need more training and need to learn customer service. This place is terrible.

Went in and waited for 10 minutes to place an order. Pretty much every employee including the manager up front seen the lobby full of people but they would not take any orders. They can't get a bad time score if they just don't take orders. This is not the first time this has happened. Will not be wasting any more of my time on this excuse for a "fast food" restaurant.

Everytime I come to this McDonaldâs a worker is always rude to us. I work in fast food and always treat workers with the respect they deserve. However, when I pull up to the speaker and start ordering my food donât start having an attitude. I get that fast food is not a great job to have and is irritating most of the time. Just donât treat your nice customers horrible please. Also the fries are always not filled up. I hope something can change here.

Visit was after the deadly Hurricane. Lot of people in their cars and now im not the only one. This granite falls area was a discriminatory area towards me while i camped and took office space in Sept. I was driven out because i was sitting in my car, using the heated seat for my back, using my cell phone and laptop , communicating , and monitoring storm, looking for work, a place to stay. AFTER the DEADLY hurricane came thru, would you know, all the people like me, in their cars on their phones in parking lots, looking for a place to stay, sleeping in cars. I cant make this up. Good luck

Yall. I love the people here. One job. Hot,fresh cookies for a cookie tote. My door dash delivers my cookie tote and they were hard and cold.they are also supposed to be placed in a box to preserve the heat. Iâd prefer to wait for hot fresh food then rocks. My cookies were from the service case near the register hence them in bags. PSA-Those cookies DO NOT always get thrown out on a daily. So yea. This was disappointing. These cookies take 5 mins to bake. Please worry about your times as much as your food. Again GREAT PEOPLE,little consideration for sweets.
