consistently good food, outstanding "shrimp cocktail," great and fast service, family atmosphere with a small bar if needed. Been a customer for at least 10 years or more. Go there. Check it out. A la cart is good, too. Usually have take'home, which is great for lunch the next day.

I eat Pancho villa once some times twice a week but not after today. I picked up my lunch drove straight home maybe 6 to 7 min drive and get home and open my food to eat and it was all runny and had a smell to it I tried a bit and could not eat it.. Did not have time to call at that time so after I get done with my afternoon and time to call and explain my issue with the manager. I'm told I should have brought it back or called as soon as I seen there was a problem with my food.. I told him I had pics with the time stamp on it and he said he would not use his personal phone for my issue. So I told him I could bring it up there and he said if it was full plate I could bring back. I said I took a few bits out of it. Oh well I could not stomach it and had been sick ever since. I just can't believe this is how someone gets treated for calling and giving them a chance to make things right. I will not be going back after being treated like I'm lying about getting food i can't eat.. I went because I was hungry and wanted to eat.. Not to be disrespected.

We ordered food today at lunch time around 11. Our order was an ACP NO ONION and ACP TEXAN also extra salsa. Picked up and was given an attitude about the receipt when we were asked if we would like a copy and replied yes. Ignored us at first and then came back and laughed and said you told me no receipt. So get home with food and the Texan is almost in a runny watery sauce! It had a very funny odor and the meat was hard and not fresh at all. As if it had sat out for some length of time! The Acp wasn't much better. So being that it's lunch time we didn't have time to return until after work. When we get home around 6 call and ask for manager only to have him tell us we should have brought food back then?? People take a limited time lunch and can't be late returning. Very rude employees and disgusting food. Will never eat there again!!

Ate dinner there Friday night. It was delicious!! Our waiter gave us excellent service. I’m a big tea drinker and he didn’t let me run out.😊 The food is always hot and fresh.

Usually the food is great but recently, they won’t take call in orders in the evening. Won’t answer the phone and lock the doors early. Tonight was the 3rd time this has happened to us in the last couple weeks. We eat with the establishment at least 2 times a week. Food is great, I wish service was better
