Ordered from here today, 3 pizzas with various things. When we got the order they were wrong. Called the store and they immediately made it right. Very satisfied with how they handled it. Ill continue ordering here whenever possible for sure.

Placed order 2 nites ago simple pizza and 2 l Pepsi they said 35-45 minutes . An hr and 10 minutes later the pizza showed up cold and no Pepsi at all delivery driver said I promise I'll bring it back and never showed up ......when I call to complain they said we subbed out the delivery to door dash as we were to busy sorry about the cold pizza nothing about the missing drink I payed for .........terrible pizza , no drink , no contact saying late or door dasher will bring nothing ....wth no happy

Got a hamburger pizza and there was maybe 1 small piece of hamburger on each piece. It was mainly sauce and cheese

Ordered a custom pizza with mushrooms and spinach. There was so little mushroom on the pizza they must have used just one for the entire pizza. It was awful. I paid over $18 for a small. What a waste of money. Never again.

This relates to a delivery. I ordered a medium pizza, extra cheese, pepperoni and sausage. Delivery - The pizza was to be delivered in 40 minutes but took over an hour. It was delivered cold. Appearance and taste: The pizza was flat and had no depth. The cheese was minimal and bland, as was the sauce. The toppings were good however couldn't offset the rest of the tasteless pizza. I recognize that the delayed delivery contributed to the cold pizza, however that does not explain the minimal cheese and lack of taste. I have eaten pizza's from other Papa Johns but have not experienced this lack of taste at those locations. Perhaps this was a one off? I was - and am - very disappointed and cannot recommend this location.
