We waited 35 minutes after placing order and we asked if they lost our order because others were being served that came after us. She asked what we ordered. She offered something different than what we ordered. We chose to leave. There were only four couple's in there including us.

Zaylee and Chase were the only employees working when we arrived tonight at 5:00. Zaylee explained that we could place an order and eat in, but the dining room unfortunately did not have a server. They both did fantastic work under the adverse conditions. Pizza was made and served in a timely manner not only to us but other customers as well. We come here often and Zaylee was just as cheerful and courteous as always even though I'm sure she was under a lot of stress.

Last week I placed an order and was actually extremely happy with it so again this week I tried to place the exact same order only the price jumped over $15 extremely rude this time I won't be ordering from there again

Decided I would give him a second chance while placing the order I told him if they needed doordash for delivery I would cancel$30 later I received cold food won't waste my time at Pizza Hut anymore completely disappointed

Ordered a small pizza and cheesy bread at 9:30pm, cook that was there was very polite, however, the cashier that took our order was rude, she rushed us so she could count her drawer and refused to give me a receipt for my order. I work in food service as well, I get it, it’s late and she’s trying to clock out but that’s no excuse to be rude to someone who was not rude back. Food was good, wouldn’t go back at night when she’s working though.

Placed a small order at 6:15. Order didn’t get here until after 9pm. I called the store to see where my order could be three times and the third time finally got through to a call center then waited 8 more minutes to speak to the store. Once on the phone with the store was told “if you want to speak to a manager you’ll need to wait he’s busy.” As if I don’t have children who have already waited TWO HOURS FOR TWO PIZZAS AND SOME WINGS. The only way i figured out what was wrong with my order was through the DoorDash app. They said Pizza Hut stated “someone stole their order it all needs to be remade”. Even if that was true it doesn’t take two hours to remake two pizzas! This is not the first time this has happened and happens to often at this store!

Just want to send a shoutout to the crew that was working on Sunday, Sept. 28th. at lunch time. A group from our church, about 15 of us rolled in there and although they were very short staffed, they made sure the buffet was filled with numerous selections of pizza and breadsticks and pasta. while there was no salad available we had plenty of pizza to fill our bellys. The staff were very friendly and stayed attentive to not only our group but the many other families that were there as well. I hope the staff from that day get the recognition that they well deserved.

everytime i doordash here they are always late. i don't want to be dramatic but they literally always take 20+ minutes. not sure if people realize being a doordasher means were times we are also workers, you wouldn't make your delivery man wait an hour would you? so why make me? just because im a dasher doesn't mean im not in the middle of a job. and FYI as a doordasher we have to report what's taking so long so not only are you hurting my reviews and time but you're also hurting your own.

Don't know if they are just short staffed or what poor girl at the counter couldn't stop ringing up customers to wait tables sat in there for 15- 20 min didn't even get our drink order

Worst customer service ever
Trying to give me 5 dollars credit for two pizzas that had none of the toppings I ordered the girl acts like she doesn't understand English and I never was able to talk to a manager
