Absolutely ridiculous, this is the third time they have not brought our whole order and had to wait 2 hours to get it all, and all we ordered was one pizza and bread sticks. The first delivery driver had a car load of people and Half of the pizza was folded up. Between paying for the pizza and both the delivery drivers. It costs me $35. I could go to Little Caesars and get 2 pizza for half that I won't be back. I'm not getting in contact with you. I don't need anything from you. Just wanted you to know What is going on and like I said, before, this has happened 2 other times 3 tims Total and I left the review under the Pizza Hut in Granite Falls So I'm not sure why you're asking me the location.

We went for the buffet that was just reopened. It was great. I forgot just how good Pizza Hut was.
Good Granite Falls location. Good Pizza ?? We all met up here and had my adult daughter a birthday ?? celebration inside there.

Very poor customer service for tonights visit. Waited to be seated when dining area had 5-6 tables that were seated, 1 being a large table (possibly 8-10 people), that all but maybe 1 had atleast ordered and had drinks. Waitress finally told us, family of 9, that it would be a minute. While still waiting after awhile, we were told by another staff member that the kitchen was really busy and would probably be about 40 minutes for us to get our food once ordered, but we figured if could get seated we still would stay. After waiting even longer, we asked to be seated and was told they couldn't seat our table yet because they didn't have the space, we could see space that tables could of been moved around on one almost empty side, or we suggested they could of pulled a table upto a booth that we had done in the past at this pizza hut. I can not rate anything else because we did finally leave after they made it apparent they did not care or want our business. I hope the owner and managers (which we did not see come to dining area once while we waited) sees these ratings. Was really looking forward to having our dinner at this Pizza Hut tonight, so very disappointed in the poor customer service our family was given tonight.

Understand that you more than likely will not be able to speak to someone at the actual restaurant you order from. Whether you order online or attempt to call, you will not be able to add, adjust, or do anything with your order. Pizza Hut now has a call center and the center is very limited on what they can assist you with. Please take this into consideration before you order.

They always get my pizza brown which is good. It seems like sometimes it gets pushed too far in the oven then it comes out yellow but the Pizza Hut and Granite Falls never does that. Staff is real friendly too.
Went in with my husband to eat they took our order then when it was done they left it set on the counter by the register for ten minutes and then tried to serve us cold food after it set thereThe manager Joplin set it there and left it. Until she was ready to bring it. Worst service ever ?
Had my daughter's birthday here...very clean great staff and hot fresh delicious food! ?

Usually very pleased but not this time, I don’t know if someone was in a rush and just not paying attention but hair should never be in food. All that was ordered was an order of cheesy bread but as soon as we got the order home and started to eat, we noticed there was a hair that was across almost ever stick.
