I understand the worry of drive thru time. But they honestly don’t care about walk in customers. I’ve sat in this Starbucks for over an hour and half, just watching the cars go by in drive thru. At least 20 cars have went by, but here I am still waiting. All these fast food places, including Starbucks, NEEDA wider drive thru. You cannot fit a dually truck in them. Half the cars are rubbing the curbs because it’s so small. Tryna save on space and cost to build, I get it. But doing it over and over again until people get used to it, and says that’s just how it is. Psychology at its finest. So if bothered to read my whole post. Just go through the drive thru.

The grilled cheese is fine and all, but if someone asks for avocado spread with their grilled cheese or with anything at all, you should probably please include some sort of knife So we can spread it on whatever we got it for And also the grilled cheese kinda makes my stomach hurt, but that could just be me, but it's not all bad

This Starbucks SUCKS! You order on the app to make it faster but all they worry about is the drive-thru. You have got to find a balance. Hire more people. I am tired of suffering for your lack of efficiency. I will find another location.

I got an iced Americano with pumpkin cold foam instead of the iced pumpkin cream chai I ordered :( There was a past time I ordered a mango dragon fruit refresher and was about to be given a strawberry refresher instead until I said it was the wrong drink...
Since I stopped going to another chain coffee location ice switched to this particular Starbucks. Better coffee, better atmosphere, always nice and typically much faster.

When they first opened I did not like the drinks and my order got messed up a few times but I guess that is to be expected . Now the drinks are always good and every employee I encounter is so friendly and personable. I really enjoy this starbucks ! Keep up the good work!
