Really enjoyed our visit here, the gentleman running the station was absolutely one of the nicest people. If there were more people like him in today’s time, the world would be a nicer place. My complaint is the female he was working alongside with, all she did was complain. He was nice? Complain. He’d compliment? Complain. I wanted to just tell her to hush! Do not take joy from others because YOU are miserable! If you hate your job, leave it. I’d rather someone friendly and smiling to make my sub than a bitter human being. I’m not one to complain or even write reviews; but expelling negativity across the entirety of the store because she didn’t want to work, isn’t a customers/ nor another employees problem.

Vegetables were all stale, brown lettuce and slimy tomatoes. The guacamole looked like food poisoning. The guy basically just ripped the bread apart instead of using a knife. If I wasn't starving I would've just thrown it in the trash on my way out the door. I haven't been to this location in a while but never had an issue. Apparently someone didn't show up for work on time so we all got to hear about her going to get her nails done instead of coming in on time. Not sure if this place has changed management recently, but it needs to....Would not recommend. It's obvious that if you weren't inside of Walmart you would be out of business or shut down by the health dept.

I was waiting to be serve, the girl working there was sweeping her working station, she just put the broom to the side and starts to touch all the salad bar with out washing her hands and them ask me what did I want….at this point nothing from you! Next time wash your hands first

I ordered sweet tea and it was bad and unsweetened and they wouldn't give me a refund. They said I could get Pepsi but I ordered tea and got no warning before paying my bill.

The two girls working today were rude to me, whispering back and forth about how they were eager to leave. Both had a terrible attitude. I was there around 2:00 PM with my 2 and 3 year old in the shopping cart with me. Next time have a better attitude you never know what someone is going through. ✌️

I had experienced some poor customer service at this location, however since Liz has started there, everything is 100% better. Staff is friendly, food is good, a complete turn around. They are doing great 👍

I am a frequent customer at this location. I eat here at least once a week, sometimes twice. I stopped about 1:00 this afternoon to get subs for myself, a couple close friends and a neighboring couple who are elderly, both battling cancer and unable to care for themselves. There were no customers when I went in and 2 young women were switching bread from baking racks to trays that go in the storage cabinet. First, I was rudely told I had to wait until they finished to be waited on. After several minutes they finished and both came over to take my order. Apparently they aren't capable of moving independently of each other. I told them I needed 5 subs and before I could say anything else I was abruptly interrupted and rudely told that 5 or more subs was considered catering and I didn't call 2 hours ahead of time and place my order. Seriously? In all the years I've been coming here I've never been told that before nor have I heard them tell anyone else that. I was being polite but I knew my irritation was quite obvious. They made my subs so I imagine I must've gotten a "courtesy catering". While they were making my sandwiches I noticed that the prices had increased and commented on the fact that inflation is running rampant everywhere. One of them sniped at me that yes their prices have gone up and they'll probably keep going up. I decided at that point not to say another word about anything because I really didn't want to spend my Sunday afternoon in a jail cell. When they were done I paid, $57 and some change, and left. I don't know if the "catering", price increase, employees that only move in unison and rudeness are the new subway rules across the board but I definitely intend to find out because I most assuredly won't be back to this location. I can get treated disrespectfully at any number of places for a lot less money. If they're trying to run their customers off then kudos to them. They sure have a handle on the best way to do that.

I don't understand why Subway has only 1 employee working through lunch. We stood in line for 20 minutes just to order. The girl working, Kaylee, was a real trooper. She was working as fast and as hard as she could. And she kept a smile on her face through it all. Please Subway, give her some help!!!

Walked in to grab a quick bite to eat today. There were a few people in line and only one person working, but it wasn’t a problem! Kaylee, the girl who was working, was very nice and professional, and she makes a great sub! Definitely looking forward to coming back again soon
