I don't understand why Subway has only 1 employee working through lunch. We stood in line for 20 minutes just to order. The girl working, Kaylee, was a real trooper. She was working as fast and as hard as she could. And she kept a smile on her face through it all. Please Subway, give her some help!!!

Worst subway experience I've ever had. Ordered in the app, I just wanted extra ranch, even left a tip. They forgot the cookies and said we didn't order any, had to go back in with the order receipt and they said they were out of the kind ordered so we got a mix of different cookies. Got home, unwrapped the sandwich and it was just thrown together, didn't have the extra cheese that cost $3 more, no sauce whatsoever. It's disappointing that someone can't even get an order correct that is printed out in front of them.

Asked for some Ingredients on half and some on other and the older woman continued to put it on the whole sub even after pointing it out and asking if she could fix it she flat refused and said she wouldn't remake a sub that was made completely wrong even right in front of us.
