Walked in to grab a quick bite to eat today. There were a few people in line and only one person working, but it wasn’t a problem! Kaylee, the girl who was working, was very nice and professional, and she makes a great sub! Definitely looking forward to coming back again soon

Worst subway experience I've ever had. Ordered in the app, I just wanted extra ranch, even left a tip. They forgot the cookies and said we didn't order any, had to go back in with the order receipt and they said they were out of the kind ordered so we got a mix of different cookies. Got home, unwrapped the sandwich and it was just thrown together, didn't have the extra cheese that cost $3 more, no sauce whatsoever. It's disappointing that someone can't even get an order correct that is printed out in front of them.

A new girl (I think her name was Chelsea, it was on her necklace) made my sub for me and she was VERY polite and really putting forth an effort to making customers happy!!Not to mention, my food was delicious!!! Very pleased!

Asked for some Ingredients on half and some on other and the older woman continued to put it on the whole sub even after pointing it out and asking if she could fix it she flat refused and said she wouldn't remake a sub that was made completely wrong even right in front of us.

The girl named Kristina or something like that at this location was kinda rude. She acted like is was a problem to make our subs. She had put very little cheese on my sub and I had to ask her 2 times to put more on it because she kept just sprinkling a little on it. ?

Never eating here again! the meat, bread and all produce tasted very old like its been sitting a week at least! Gross! Didn't even finish the 6" sub.

I asked when my sandwich was being made if that bread was left out long and it looked all ripped and she said no it wasn’t left out long but if the bread it ripped why give it to me anyway . She could’ve gave me a fresh 6 inch bread when I obviously wasn’t happy with the ripped bread .
