Went down hill, staff is great it's something with the ingredients unshure if they changed suppliers or what just don't taste right hard to find a good subway these days I recommend firehouse subs or jersey mikes

Not at all the subway it used to be. My son literally went once a day. I stopped ordering myself anything a year ago when they started being out of everything. Now we can’t even get what we want once a month. Try to order online you can’t. Then every time you go in, there’s some kind of problem or they’re out of something. No one acts like they wanna work And the attitudes fly. You lost an every day customer.

It's a sandwich shop with a rating of over a hundred so it's definitely practical Subway but it's expensive for my taste, just convenient to me if I can't get to the grocery store. With my car still not running over a year now I'm grateful for just about anything

I am a frequent customer at this location. I eat here at least once a week, sometimes twice. I stopped about 1:00 this afternoon to get subs for myself, a couple close friends and a neighboring couple who are elderly, both battling cancer and unable to care for themselves. There were no customers when I went in and 2 young women were switching bread from baking racks to trays that go in the storage cabinet. First, I was rudely told I had to wait until they finished to be waited on. After several minutes they finished and both came over to take my order. Apparently they aren't capable of moving independently of each other. I told them I needed 5 subs and before I could say anything else I was abruptly interrupted and rudely told that 5 or more subs was considered catering and I didn't call 2 hours ahead of time and place my order. Seriously? In all the years I've been coming here I've never been told that before nor have I heard them tell anyone else that. I was being polite but I knew my irritation was quite obvious. They made my subs so I imagine I must've gotten a "courtesy catering". While they were making my sandwiches I noticed that the prices had increased and commented on the fact that inflation is running rampant everywhere. One of them sniped at me that yes their prices have gone up and they'll probably keep going up. I decided at that point not to say another word about anything because I really didn't want to spend my Sunday afternoon in a jail cell. When they were done I paid, $57 and some change, and left. I don't know if the "catering", price increase, employees that only move in unison and rudeness are the new subway rules across the board but I definitely intend to find out because I most assuredly won't be back to this location. I can get treated disrespectfully at any number of places for a lot less money. If they're trying to run their customers off then kudos to them. They sure have a handle on the best way to do that.
