We ordered the chili and I added a baked potato. Everything was delicious! The gentleman at the drive thru window was kind and friendly and gladly provided extra crackers as I had requested.

What happened??? The last couple times we've been missing items, but this time.... Ordered the Asiago ranch chicken club combo. Got home to the saddest piece of chicken I've seen in a long time. No cheese and no bacon... But they put pickles all over it with tomato and lettuce. Would have been way better off with the biggie bag. The food and service at this location has just gotten so sorry.

The tenders in both orders were over cooked, dry and hard. These were both kids meals being eaten by adults. If they had been given to kids, they would have been totally rejected. We ordered honey mustard with both and got none. The kids toy in one of the bags which would have been given to our grand kids was missing. Not sure I will make this mistake again.

Why is it everytime I come to this Wendy's I have to park. 3 cars in the parking lot and 1 car in front of me in the drive thru. They have them pull forward and tell me to pull in the parking space. Rediculas.

You are better off going to a cemetery than eating here. Store is filthy at night. This place is horrible at night The employees at night have a horrible attitude.

Their food is usually hot and ready to go but their salad is awful. Literally my entire Caesar salad had pink on every piece of lettuce and was clearly old. Very unfortunate that I had to trash my whole meal.

Seems from the reviews here it’s a common practice but I feel the need to report it. I realize the person who is waited on me could’ve been the same manager who does not manage stress well. Seems maybe they need to consider a different job if it angers them when someone at the drive thru asks for details from the menu. A special sale that is not clarified on the menu sign but plastered on the windows to get you to stop. I apologized when I got to the window for being a pain and hoped their day wasn’t filled with bad customers. I got an eye roll and a huff. No words. Matter of fact, no words during the entire transaction. But the reason I know they were upset over explaining the advertised special, is because the window was open when the next customer inquired about it and this customer service employee, who works in a restaurant, was asked about menu items. With an, “Omg, if I have to tell this one more time!” To another employee. Huffing and puffing. Obviously put out by being asked to promote your deals and products. Maybe customer service is not a priority to this employee. It should be to the company. It definitely is a priority to the customers. Not even a simple smile or greeting. Only words spoken to me were welcome to Wendy’s what can I get started for ya? And the amount due. I am sure I won’t be missed at Wendy’s. Had it just been old, cold taters , I may have not come on here. But no. Had to toss in some non-professional attitudes and anger for being asked to do a job you accepted. So either walk away from customer service or get a little better at providing it.

Definitely not the first time this has happened, but seems every time i go to this location, the manager is working the window and always has an attitude for no apparent reason. Today, I got the window slammed in my face for no reason at all after working all day and just wanted some dinner. Not to mention its kinda worrisome that after all that, i have to check the food to ensure My kids aren’t eating someones spit in their food. Save yourselves the time and go to another Wendys location or go somewhere different.
