I sat at drive thru order board for 10 minutes. If they needed me to come in they should tell me. I went in and the employees were fighting to the point the called law enforcement. And ALL the employees were standing around. So I said all I want is a cheeseburger so they went back and made it. The other employees could've been serving customers but I guess they seen the chance to not do anything. This store has always had problems, the location is the only thing keeping it open. It's also the only reason I come back. Can't wait for more options.

Ordered a Carolina Classic with only slaw and ketchup. got to our destination away from the restaurant and the burger had only chili and onions. k

This location has seemed to show signs of good improvement over the last year.had good fast friendly service and order was prepared properly.
Most of the Wendy's in our area close at 1:00 a.m. well this Wendy's had all the lights on sale and had the ordering menus lit up the time was 12:45 understand that is close to 1:00 but whenever you stay up until 1:00 you should be open until 1:00 especially whenever I can see employees inside I'm just trying to hide. Literally saw them dunk down whenever they saw me driving around

This place has gotten our order wrong before, so when we go through the drive thru, I always check that the food is correct before pulling away from the window. Today I checked, saw that we were missing two large fries, and waited for them to open the window again and ask what’s wrong. Instead, they opened the window and before I could say anything rudely told us to stop holding up the line.
