You seriously are not going to give me any gravy on the mashed potatoes? Who does this? The mistakes at this place has to be from management. It's always the most brain dead mistakes anyone can make and they do it all of the time. Let's not give a straw, let's not give gravy. This is my last time coming here, I just can't do it anymore.

I’m here from out of town only been to this location a few time but never been disappointed, the staff was very nice to me and my friends and the food was made fresh for me! I don’t mind the wait at all for hot food!

Bojangles is my one of my favorite fast food places, however... adter two seperate tries, I can't eat at this one anymore. This location provides such poor quality, that it makes the entire brand look really bad for anyone experiencing their first Bojangles meal.

I had been reluctant to dine at this location for a few years, but I was really craving breakfast today after McDonald's cut-off time. I always preferred Bojangles breakfast when it's made well, anyways, so after hearing a few good things about management lately I took to the reviews and took a chance based on what the more legitimate comments looked like and I am so glad I did! I ordered a biscuit with egg and cheese only (pork intolerance), Bo rounds, and a bottle of water. Not only was there no ridiculous upcharge for adding the water like some other places (I paid less than seven bucks), but they got my order right (considering that accidentally receiving a bacon egg and cheese has been pretty common at multiple food spots this was awesome) and the service was very nice. It was about 12:30 pm, peak lunch time, so I expected the little wait I had. Not bad, though.

I'm not sure of her name, but there is a young lady there that's absolutely dreadful. I've dealt with her twice and she acts like her job is an inconvenience when she's the one that is messing up. She doesn't smile, talk back when spoken to, anything. My Supremes today were cold and hard, and my biscuit was burnt. If yall can't hire better folks that care about working, then yall just need to close the doors and make room for a business that could do better.
