Great service, but it stops there. Tables are dirty, spilt food left on floor AND NO GRILLED McChicken. So my only choice is FRIED! McDons, what are you thinking? The French fries came soaked in grease.

45 MINUTES FOR FOOD IS INSANE. hire less lousy teenagers and more people willing to give people their food.
Count your days McDonald's. And tell your dishwasher to wash the dishes more thoroughly. Tasted like soap

Asked for fresh cooked fries, which I didn't get so when I asked for them to cook them fresh the manager Miranda popped an attitude, while Charles & Syria made rude facial gestures while mumbling to each other. As I was waiting another worker came up to help a customer & she was playing with her hair. A guy who I assumed was a handyman was behind the counter as well & I didn't see him work on anything besides talking to the manager, which he could've done from the customer side of the counter. ? when they finally got my fires ready the rest of the food was cold. I LEFT MESSAGES AT PRUCELL FOODS MAIN LINE & FOR JEAN SIMCOX & NOBODY HAS REACHED OUT TO ME YET. It's obvious from the reviews & their lack luster initiative to call a customer back prucell foods don't care about the customer experience.

I typically don't write reviews on specific fast food locations, since you can't please everybody, let alone the same way every day. However, as I have been coming here every now and then over the last couple of years, I feel something needs to be said about this McDonald's, since it has gone downhill so much over that time.
The food for me is usually average to above average. Typically, my orders are hot and ready, with the occasional lukewarm fry, but I never think it's bad; just what I'd expect from McD's. It's always the inconsistent service or inconvenience that rubs me the wrong way with this location. Sometimes ordering through the drive-thru takes 10-15m longer than it should, even when there's no one in front of me. A few weeks back I waited roughly 20m for a chicken sandwich and fries. I could understand 5m given this was within an hour of closing, and they're probably preparing to clean/shut down stuff, but I had to wonder what was being done in that 20m timeframe I waited (and yes, I was asked to pull forward, as seems to be the case with many people).
Drive-thru is why I almost always dine-in instead, and frankly, it isn't much better. Literally nobody is ever at the counter to take orders or fetch drink cups/extras, because they are either preoccupied with the drive-thru, or rely on people placing orders with the kiosks. You're basically just standing there awkwardly the whole time until someone decides to finally notice that you need something. Of course, I understand drive-thru has a lot of traffic, so it's understandable to a degree that they need to stay on top of that, but at least have one or two people keep an eye out for someone waiting on a drink cup, and not the employees who just give you a dirty look or those who couldn't be bothered. Just some level of acknowledgement would go a long way. No one should have to wait 3m for someone to fetch me my drink when most places just hand you your cup as soon as you pay for your order. Same goes for something as arbitrary as napkins or ketchup/mustard packets; you sometimes have to go back to the counter after your food is brought to you because they forgot napkins or the sauces. This wouldn't be a problem if the respective dispensers were still by the drink fountains. Why were they even taken away to begin with exactly? Just needless inconvenience once again.
It's a shame this McD's has gotten worse over the last couple of years, it used to be a really good location for my family to dine-in at, or for me to grab food before work. But with how shoddy service can be, on top of the fact they've now started charging for dipping sauces when they hadn't been for the longest time, I'll probably take my business elsewhere going forward. Not exactly ideal since it's either this, Subway, or Bojangles' for fast food. At least Bo's has gotten better over the last 6 months.
