I'll probably start going to the subway in bridgeton after my last experience at Grantsboro subway. You have 2 employees playing on phones and no tomato's but theirs a whole box of tomatoes sitting right there but workers are to effing lazy to cut them up

The lady who took me and my friends orders was very rude. We were the last in line and she was rushing us for no reason. And while she was making our orders she was talking to another employee which I don't care you do you but she was demanding one of the employees to check her phone about some group chat and then she got mad at her for what reason I don't know. But one of my friends got a sub and it could be spicy or not spicy I guess? But anyway she asked her if she wanted it spicy or not and my friend said spicy instead of not spicy and she switched to not spicy and the lady threw her hands down n was being kinda rude and the employee who was working on the veggie station out my sub in the toaster and the lady got mad at her for it because one of my friends was also getting her sub toasted and she said she was going to put both sandwiches on the thing and put it in there. There were three workers there two working at the sub stations n one on cashier. When me and my friends went to pay for everything there was no one there and we were the only ones in line and we waited for 5 minutes and the lady who took our order yelled from the back " she will be there in a minute!"...we weren't in a rush it anything but we sat down at the table and we started eating and talking and I glaze around the room and the same lady was starting at us even when other people came in and she was taking and making their orders she would glance at us! Even when she was done doing whatever she still stared at us until we left. My friends and I talked about it and it was weird. If y'all go here stay safe!

Outstanding service. Very clean and 100% rating from the health dept. Obviously they care a lot about this place. T he sandwich artists that were there were very nice and friendly. I got the #4 Italian sub. All the ingredients were fresh and I didn't have to go digging through the sandwich to remove stems and cores from the yellow peppers which I am very grateful for.(and is a first for me) Keep up the great work.

The only problem I had is I put the order on the app but was able to get to the store an hour early and was not able to get my order because it didn't print out until 15 minutes prior to my 1st time so I had to wait around for an hour to get my order.

Very friendly girls working last night. Not understanding the ac not working. Hasnt for a while I don't believe.I would think restaurants would have to have ac to stay open? They had to prop the door open. I felt bad for them. They did not let it bother their work though. Smiled the entire time. If it had been my money I was spending,they would have gotten a good tip from me! I would have closed the shop,gone home and got fired. Food was good,though.

It was 94 degrees while the thermostat was sent on I believe 71 or 72. It was almost unbearable to be in there for the 5-10 minutes while I was waiting for my food. I cannot imagine what it must be like to work a shift. I use to be in the food industry and I know it takes forever to get something fixed once it’s broken, but AC is a necessity with the high temperatures we’ve been having. I hope the next time me or my fiancé visit subway the AC will be in working condition, not just for the customers but for the well-being of the employees
