Our experience never got off to a good start. We were the only party in the restaurant at 6pm on a Saturday night - should have been our sign that this return trip was not going to be as rewarding as other visits have been. We were set at the table adjacent to the water prep area, when the whole restaurant was available and at least two other tables available for our party size. When the waitress brought out my wife’s wine and said “if it’s off we can open another bottle”, I really began to worry. Is was off and apparently had been opened since our last time a month ago. Why in the world would you do that. Waitress dropped one of our appetizers and the replacement was cold. My wife ordered the Cobb salad as her entree with grilled chicken as an adder. She got a gravy laden chicken breast with mashed potatoes - the chicken entree. Again we were the only party she was waiting on and she couldn’t remember who ordered what. With the mandatory 20% gratuity for a party of six, our bill total was just over $473. Ouch.
I’m not sure what’s going on, but we won’t be back. Wish y’all all the luck you are going to need to turn things around. 2.5 stars at best.
And they were out of prime rib and the soup on the menu - which I’m not sure when the last time it was changed.
Parking: No cars on the street. Easy as could be.

First, we were the first people in the door after it opened. We had reservations but apparently with an empty restaurant we couldn’t be seated until our exact time. Fine, no big deal. We went to the bar and got drinks and walked around checking the decor out. Once sat, I tried to order the deviled eggs only to be told that they had thrown them out because they weren’t “pretty enough”. Two minutes later, two orders come out for other tables and I was told even though one was sat after us that it was a family member of the server and it was “favoritism”. Okay, no big deal. I order the filet mignon, medium rare and my wife orders the shrimp and grits. She liked hers but said it was really greasy. My filet came out raw in the middle. I’m not usually one to complain so I ate around the center and left the rest to show my server. Once she came over, I showed her and got no apologies that I recall. With no offer to make up for it or an apology, she brought the bill. After I pay, the bartender comes by to check on our drinks and food and offers us a complimentary piece of key lime pie. One minute later, he returns and states that it was for a different table and took it away. Anyway, first time here but likely my last.

The waitress Alyla. I think is how you spell it was outstanding food was way overpriced for the restaurant. The hostess ruined it .
Replace her and it would be a better experience but still my only trip there.

First time here, and came based on a recommendation for the shrimp and grits. All 3 of us ordered it, all 3 were awful. Grits were the consistency of dry corn bread. Sausage was the precooked Hillshire Farm variety you get at the cold cuts section of Food Lion. Shrimp was chewy. $85 lunch that we left most of it in the bowl. Maybe stick with the basics if you go here. Cool building and atmosphere.

Be sure to make your reservation. Bought my mom here for her birthday. We had a reservation at 530 but got here about 510 because they start serving drinks at 5. They let us sit at our table and they let us go ahead and order. Let me tell you...food was amazing. A little expensive but well worth it. You get what you pay for. The restaurant is beautiful. Definitely get the pork belly for appetizer. Also, we were offered regular water or citrus water. The citrus water was good and refreshing. My mom really enjoyed her experience. Out waitress...and I'm sorry I forgot her name was awesome. Actually the entire team including the chef were amazing.
