Sat in the Drive-Thru window for 20 minutes and then when I finally get to the window the girl tells me oh we're cooking the meat for your Whopper so I spent half my lunch break at a drive-through window only to find out I couldn't even get my food because it wasn't even ready this is the worst Burger King I have ever tried to eat at

Charged me for sauce for my chicken fries when on the app it comes with sauce , me and my friend came a week or so later they gave him sauce when he asked & didn’t charge him. It’s giving racist 😂..

Food was not impressive at all. Especially the semi luke warm A1 steak burger. Seems that if the item is brand new, you would put the effort into showcasing it. The bacon looked and tasted like yesterday's breakfast, and the patty, which I'm not even sure was a Whopper patty, was luke warm and looked like it was past throw out time. The fries were hot. But soggy. Was too far from the restaurant to turn back by the time I discovered the condition of the meal. Hopefully the birds ate it.

Food is good sometimes depends on what time you go it's better right after breakfast later in the day service gets slower even if your the second or only car in line

So on tonight at 9:15pm me and my husband did a online mobile order for the hamlet location. We get there and there a line so now it's about 9:34 by the time we're at the windows for drive through we pull and and they proceed to tell us they don't see our mobile order and they're about to close. We proceed to tell them we have our receipt from the mobile order they refuse to look at it and say their not serving us. So we asl for the manager and they say have a good night???. Really people. Why you wanna act up on the first of the month we just wanted our food. So now of course you know it's not over so we gotta go see about it in the morning because we didn't even get a refund or food.??. Right my thoughts exactly!!!!

Have gone there 3 times an hour before closed frist time was 08/10/24 at 11pm and them not closing till 12am like it states second time today at 10pm getting told "we are closed" 2HOURS BEFORE HAND this is poor service and poor behavior for those employees
