So on tonight at 9:15pm me and my husband did a online mobile order for the hamlet location. We get there and there a line so now it's about 9:34 by the time we're at the windows for drive through we pull and and they proceed to tell us they don't see our mobile order and they're about to close. We proceed to tell them we have our receipt from the mobile order they refuse to look at it and say their not serving us. So we asl for the manager and they say have a good night???. Really people. Why you wanna act up on the first of the month we just wanted our food. So now of course you know it's not over so we gotta go see about it in the morning because we didn't even get a refund or food.??. Right my thoughts exactly!!!!

Have gone there 3 times an hour before closed frist time was 08/10/24 at 11pm and them not closing till 12am like it states second time today at 10pm getting told "we are closed" 2HOURS BEFORE HAND this is poor service and poor behavior for those employees

Burger king in hamlet ncIs nasty! I was 2nd vehicle in line at drive threw.I ordered $5 special (2)Jr whoppers.When I got my order and opened bag.It looked like they had threw my food in bag.wrapper paper around burgers partially open & meat and topping hanging off buns..I tried eating one of them and tasted cold like came out refrigerator from day before.I want be returning there ever!!I warn you in advance Do Not Go There!!!!!
Can't get an order correct. When someone asks for no tomatoes, don't put tomatoes! The person I got this for is allergic to raw tomatoes, and when I tried to call and address it with someone surprise surprise, no one answered the phone. You are messing with people's health. This isn't a game! So beyond pissed. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Retrain or close the hell down.

I will pray for this place to be under new management and folks who serve to help not be lazy. I asked for a chicken sandwich the bread was hard as a brick. Asked for a vanilla ice coffee got a mocha that they handed me 3 packs of sugar for exclaiming they can add the sugar. Strange to me all other burger kings can but this one can't, they can also take orders and get them right. Prayers John 3:16
