I'm done going to the Dairy Queen in Hamlet it's always an issue when I try and get food I don't know why I even tried today after going the other day to get food and they had no cook so I had to get a refund on my order and today I order food and you still can't even make that right I got tenders no sauce and bread and butter untoasted them kids in there are untrained the cashier in the drive thru didn't even finish taking my order I just pulled around I didn't even get all of what I wanted and you don't have to worry about me or my family will not be eating there anymore.

Staff was to busy talking about how someone got arrested for drugs, took 15 mins to get my ice cream, and when it was my husbands turn to get his she just slammed it down on the counter and gave a nasty look. Last time I will be here. Will go to the one in Rockingham

Third time going to this location and being charged way too much. Last thing I ordered was a 4 piece tender combo with a blizzard for the drink. Price came out to almost 16 dollars. I’ll stick with the Dq in rocking

Pulled up to the drive thru at 9:46pm and a rude female comes over the speaker an says WERE CLOSED! The reason being because they were cleaning, you clean after you close witch is 10:00pm do better get them lazy mfs out your store.

Out of 10 times I have been here, I have only been able to get chocolate ice cream twice. Visited this location 3-19-25 and ordered a large chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard made with chocolate ice cream. Once again they had no chocolate ice cream and there were maybe 4 pieces of cookie dough in the entire blizzard. Never had these problems at the Rockingham location.

If you want to eat this food inspection is a must. I had one bite of the cheese dipping sauce and the photo says it all. The dipping sauce was thicker than the ice cream. I'm pretty sure there was a booger in the sauce. I may get a lawyer after this. The person I came with ordered a hot dog. I uploaded the photo of the nasty hotdog too.
