I sat at the drive through for almost 20 minutes so I pulled to the window and sat another 10 minutes just for the lady to tell me I needed to order on the inside because she wasn’t taking any orders from the drive through. There was no sign stating to come inside. Several other customers drove off because there was no one talking on the drive through speaker.

Hardee’s used to be deemed the breakfast source for great biscuits and good service. There has been a serious decline in work moral and customer service. We set in line for quite sometime before even placing our order; just to be asked to pull forward and they would bring it out.. okay fine.. Well 13 minutes later no food no employee!! I enter the restaurant to find ALL employees in a circle laughing and talking! Soon as I open the door ! I hear’ oh no your forgot her food!! Yes I was pissed! Yes I got a refund! And crazy enough! I attempted to eat there again yesterday!! Only to go through similar situation! Waited 15
Minutes in line to be told to come in and order! Which I do! And people were given their food before me and I did not get all my food!! Management is not what it needs to be there. Period. Hamlet Hardee’s hwy 74

I stopped in the drive thru last night and the service was horrible. The server by the name on my receipt name was Jacquelyn. I was waiting on my change from my payment. And upon receiving my change it was thrown in my hand, and most of my change ended up on the ground(WITH NO APOLOGY).And i asked for NO ONIONS on my sandwich, but they put them on it anyway. So i couldn't eat my sandwich.IF I COULD LEAVE LESS THAN 1 STAR FOR SERVICE I WOULD!!!Time of service 03/21/2025 7:59pm. This Jacqueln person needs to be reprimanded

Stopped by on way home to South Carolina. Ordered the 5 pc chicken strips. Best I ever had. Fried perfect and served hot.

9:35 pm today, Wednesday February 26th, I pulled in like I do daily on my way to work, and literally see the employees in the windows looking at me. The sent an automated message at the drive thru that they were closed!! The sign says 10pm!

Went in for lunch, tried for breakfast, but, they were out of biscuits. Told them I was eating in, was told no trays at lunch. Next customer after me, he received a tray (guess I was wrong race). Our food was ok, little too juicy for me. There was loud vulgar language in the prep area. Not a place for it. I won't go back. I do love the breakfast though....

If the employees paid attention to their jobs instead of gossiping, perhaps they could get an order correct. I requested NO mustard. My hot dog was smothered in mustard. Inedible!!!! I'm never going to this place again as they always get things wrong! 02 10 2025 before 1 pm

The are old adults playing like teenagers, when they’re supposed to be concentrating on the customers orders. They’re so distracted they got my order wrong after waiting in line 40 minutes.

One of the most disappointing experiences ever! Employees on their phones or just holding conversations as if we were not there. However one person went well out her way to accommodate us and take our order. In my opinion just about everyone need to fired or retrained. CUSTOMER SERVICE is truly DEAD here!!!!!!!!!
