The food was tasty. Most of the staff are usually friendly and professional. However, some of the staff appear to need more training, patience, and professionalism when taking orders at the drive-thru. A customer has the right to ask questions and should not receive responses in a sarcastic manner. Furthermore, staff should take the time to get a clear understanding of the customer questions and order. Not respond in a hasty manner. It is rude and makes customers feel unappreciated...
Your Hamlet, NC location is awesome! I travel to Hamlet for work and stop there on my way to plant. Angela and the entire staff are just wonderful. They are always happy, smiling and want to help you with your order. I love visiting this store!
The food definitely tasted like it was made without love. You all know what I'm speaking of. Sometimes you get a biscuit and you just know... Had to be made with love. I assume the same employee that knows not love was the one working the window. Very rude, very short, and treated me the same way the biscuit had been treated only moments before.... Somebody pray for them. They need it????
