They're under staffed, but most places are these days. But, the crew was working very hard to get customers served. Even with the minimal staff, the restaurant is very clean!!! The food came out as ordered and good.

The food was tasty. Most of the staff are usually friendly and professional. However, some of the staff appear to need more training, patience, and professionalism when taking orders at the drive-thru. A customer has the right to ask questions and should not receive responses in a sarcastic manner. Furthermore, staff should take the time to get a clear understanding of the customer questions and order. Not respond in a hasty manner. It is rude and makes customers feel unappreciated...

Your Hamlet, NC location is awesome! I travel to Hamlet for work and stop there on my way to plant. Angela and the entire staff are just wonderful. They are always happy, smiling and want to help you with your order. I love visiting this store!
