Placed an order for delivery, after driver arrived to pick up I was notified my order was cancelled. Tried to call the store and the number was out of service. Decided to try and place an online order for pick up and said order was ready, went to pick it up and was told they will have to refund as they have NO bread! It didn't seem like any was going to be available anytime soon either!

First of all the food is fantastic, the subway is clean, and the person behind the counter, Aziah, was absolutely amazing!
Helpful, swift, and knowledgeable, she helped me with my Sandwiches and was a joy to be around.
I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting as good sandwich and a great atmosphere.

Since the new management took over, this store has been a disappointment. They consistently fail to have the necessary products to fulfill orders, and mobile orders are rarely completed on time. To make matters worse, there's no phone line available to communicate issues, leaving customers in the dark. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Online order was put together great. The beast was on sale. The Sub was great tasting and it looked clean, but this place was out dated and the outside makes me want to eat somewhere else. I won't come back here if it looks like this.

I wanted a Sub using the 6.99 footlong and downloaded the app. (2star app). The only place using this deal was Hamlet Subway. I ordered my sub and got my wheelchair out and went inside. Very nice people working and the place was clean for an old out of date place. They were out of Turkey for the big 15 dollar sub but double the ham for me. Turned out great and tasty ?. (The outside of this place looks horrible. The whole shopping center was filthy AF. They need a trash-vac bad!) Good sandwich for the price, 7 dollar footlong. Half pound of meat! " #30 the Beast" is what I ordered and had everything on it, no onions.
Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair spots that I could see, I took two spots and backed in so the chair wouldn't roll away.✌️

Employee very rude, overcooked bread, hardly put any meat on sandwich. They were out of all cookies, chips and most drinks! Ridicules!
10s across the board for this location. The handsome young man was pleasant and accommodating. He offered to bake my favorite cookie, the Raspberry-Cheesecake. However, they were out, and I found a cool substitute! But his professional demeanor and positive disposition made this a memorable customer experience, and I sincerely appreciate it! Funny thing, I wasn't really that hungry, but the feel-good vibes in this place made me want to splurge a bit! This convinced me that smiles are contagious in a good way and lead to memorable experiences if you're receptive to them! Shout outs and kudos to you all. ??
