very unsanitary, the cashier dug in her ear and then touched our food. the dude in the back was wiping his nose with his bare hands then touching food. we waited 20 mins for our little order and they were very rude about it. over all don’t go here it’s gross and not worth your time.

Only been twice. First time I stopped at 545 am. Not open. Internet says 530 am. Second time waited 10 minutes in curbside pickup for 10 minutes. No straw or napkins. I won't be back.

We went to Christmas light and thought it would be a great idea to stop there first… WRONG… No. 1-talking to a computer is just as sorry as can be, it just shows how lazy ppl and companies are getting No2- after we ate that HORRIBLE food both the wife, I, and my so got sick feeling very fast! I will never in my whole life will I ever stop there again!

Very frustrating experience at this store. They have a new automated system which works great. I’ve been getting the same order for the past four years, and however the computer is ringing it in, it has been 5 dollars cheaper. Great for me and my family! However, the computer didn’t work today and my order was taken by the person working the drive through. Once again, it was the more expensive price. I told the drive through employee and all they would say is ā€œI don’t know.ā€ They then went to get my food and I found my receipt from my prior visit with the cheaper price. I tried to show the employee. They refused to look at it and said, ā€œI don’t know. Goodbye.ā€ It’s your job to know. Do better.

Ordered a family meal- it was missing the biscuits and we did not receive the correct meat. I do not live close enough to go back and I shouldn't have to check my food before I leave to make sure they got it right. They didn't answer the phone, so I left a message. They did not call back. I left an email on the corporate page and they didn't reply either. All I wanted is what I paid for. But y'all took my money and didn't care. I won't be back.

I ordered a Cajun chicken, egg, and cheese biscuit combo with a large coffee (3 creams/3 sugars) bo-rounds, and a water.

I received a plain Cajun chicken biscuit with a large coffee (3 creams/2 sugars), fries, and a water. The chicken biscuit was overcooked. The fries were dry, with some being over seasoned and others having no seasoning at all.

Bojangles has started using an AI ordering system because they're too cheap to pay someone for ordering. You'd think they'd at least provide a consistent and quality product since they no longer have someone dedicated to ordering, but no. I've gone through their drive-thru twice since they made this change and had inaccurate orders and subpar food both times.

I tried to provide feedback on their website. Upon completion of my complaint, I received an error saying the session had timed out and I'd have to start over. The company doesn't care about accuracy or customer satisfaction.

They've lost a customer and I'm certain I'm not the only person that's made that choice. I suspect they'll see a huge loss in profits over the next 6 months to a year if they stick with the AI ordering system.

I had to go and ask someone to wait on us. Order was wrong. No apology. Fries were redone, then left on counter with no call to get them. They didn’t bother to bring them to the table with an apology. All booths were nasty and hadn’t been cleaned. Very poor management. We won’t be back.
