Eh. This locations quality always struggles with consistency and meeting the standards set by Bojangles. My money usually goes elsewhere for the same price and less disappointment.

Last year I stopped going to Bojangles because their biscuits ALWAYS fall apart and it create a mess. Yesterday, I broke down and bought a chicken biscuit and immediately threw the biscuit fragments into the bag and attempted to eat the chicken. It was not completely cooked. I also got Dirty rice as a side. The container not full. I give up.

I have been to this particular store occasionally and have never been really satisfied with food or service. I had to say something this time. I purchased a cajun fried sandwich meal thru take out for my supper. It was ice cold all the way through. I spent the rest of the night with diarrhea and nausea. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

This Bojangles in surf city nc is The filthiest fast food restaurant I have ever been in. There is mole by the coffee and drink machines the area where they’re cooking. The floors are filthy. I have never seen a place like this. I am very disappointed.
Automated drive through system was pretty accurate. Got my entire order correctly. Fries were obviously old and didn't taste great, but other than that everything was fine.

I went there Wednesday around six pm. The chicken must have been cooked at lunch. Driy out the biscuits must have been cook for breakfast because it was hard. I stop there about two years ago and it was not good . I want be stopping again for a other couple years. It needs new owners. The people was nice but I think the reason the food no good is the owner don't care.

We stopped by there tonight. bad mistake. ordered a mac and cheese for our grandson. they were out (apparently sold the last one to customers ahead of us but the line was already closed so everything was being done out of the back and they had no idea what was going on.) The customers who were seated waiting on their order got the mac and cheese just as they told us they were out and gave us their's. I ordered a 2 piece dark, they only had legs. My wife ordered a grilled chicken biscuit, got a piece of grilled chicken, no biscuit. no high chair or booster seat for our 1 yr old grandson.

The service was excellent. We tried the blueberry sausage biscuit, it wasn't too or taste. The bo rounds were hot and fresh.
