Must be a new location, not from the area and tried to go in around lunchtime and door was locked without a sign.tried the drive thru and it was working .Not another customer in sight.Not a good sign.

Love Bojs!!! Had chicken tenders that were much more like chicken nuggets, they were very small and dried out. Otherwise good was great.

I normally don’t even take the time to write a review but because this was not a great dining experience I feel I should. I ordered two breakfast biscuits, fries and an orange juice and requested hot fries when I placed the order. I had to take them back because they were barely warm. When the young man brought the new fries out they were just a little warmer but not by much. I thanked him when he brought them to my table but he didn’t even acknowledge me. Most of the employees had AirPods in and seemed very aloof. The dining room was filthy! It was 9:30 am and there was food and mud/dirt all over the floor. I had to use the restroom and it was also filthy. If it had been cleaned the night before or early that morning you wouldn’t have known it! The manager needs to hold these employees accountable. We haven’t seen a Bojangles restaurant this bad in all of our visits to any other city we’ve been to when traveling.

Staff issues, dirty and food wasn't great. Bojangles is amazing when its good, too bad that's a rare thing these days. We went to this one because the one in Surf City is pretty bad. Well this one is worse.
The restaurant is understaffed and the crew there is miserable. The manager (I'm guessing) was nice but the guy assembling the orders, you'd think he was forced to work at gunpoint.
No one was at the counter when we walked in, we placed our order using the kiosk, which I like. Then our order came, Mr Shorty Grumpsalot drops it on the counter, doesn't announce the number, I had to guess it was our order, which was hard because it was missing 4 items. Mr Grumps kept avoiding eye contact so I couldn't ask him. The nice manager lady, you could tell she was aware of Mr. G's inadequacy came over to help and made things right.
The food was okay, but the fries were cold and poorly seasoned, some fries looked like they had been double battered in seasoning, others had none. The ice tea was barely sweet and my biscuit was so flat the person had a hard time cutting it.
We also had to clean our own table as the dining room wasn't cleaned in a long while.
I'm a huge Bojangles fan, but they really have to get it together, when I take other people there, they think I'm crazy, and with experiences like above, they are right.

I will say the manager at this location has always been polite to me but his workers cannot handle their job. Multiple incorrect orders have led me back to the location at least 3 times. There are too many workers in that restaurant to make this many errors. I don’t know what happened to double checking orders before they leave the window. This location is not busy enough to screw up constantly. They need to evaluate who wants a job there and who just wants to hang out for a pay check. Also.. unlock your door for a better customer interaction. We’re not on lockdown.

Food is good when it's available. Went to the drive thru a few weeks ago to get a family pac chicken dinner. 7 pm they did not have 12 pieces of chicken ready. Told me it would be 30 minutes. There was no one in the store and one car ahead of me at the drive thru. This place advertised Chicken! I found this unacceptable. Went to Smithfields and they had plenty of chicken.

I ordered my food from the kiosk but when I went to the counter to pick it up I asked if they had Texas Pete or coffee creamer. The girl behind the counter gave me some creamer and said we don't have hot sauce and walked away. No one is smiling in there. Also one of the doors was locked to get inside the building. Pretty sure that's a fire code violation?

I just got my oder of 8pcs Chicken that I ordered to find out that it was mix and 4 Bo Sandwiches After waiting 30 minutes. Looks like fast food is not fast food any more. It's sucks I sugges donot go here for food. Bojangles has lost its glory. Im never returning.
Bojangles has great food. This location is a joke. Service is painfully slow. Waited 45 mins, never got our food. Had to fight to get a refund

Gravy was like water and spilled all over myself and my car. It was inedible. Haven't tried this chain in years due to poor quality and service in my area. I thought I'd try the new location. I will not be back to Bojangles. Save yourself the trouble.
