Food was overdone and not even hot. Breakfast sandwiches at 8:30 in the morning and the cheese doesn't even melt. Bo rounds shouldn't have tasted that old. I remember when the company had good food. This location we've only been to a few times and I give up. Merry Christmas.

Last Tuesday around 7 pm me and family dined in I was nicely greeted by a young tall asian man walking up to the front counter I was then greeted by a nice manager I ordered a 8 piece family meal and the food came in about 5 minutes upon getting getting my food I had the best and hottest biscuit I’ve ever had. Being a big guy myself I counted the chicken. Low and behold they gave me perfectly hot and steamy chicken I ordered a side of slaw which was pretty mediocre the environment was great I even heard some employees they’d make my fried fresh upon leaving the Asian man winked at me and told me to have a good night I said bye overall I had a great experience here and WILL go again

We’re not the type to leave reviews, but after today’s experience we have to! The gentleman working the lobby/register at 11:30 on 12/28 was fantastic! We’ve haven't had the best experiences at most Bojangles lately, but today restored our hope. The young man was so sweet to every customer and overall a breath of fresh air. Give the man a raise!! Our food was good as well :)
This has to be the worst Bojangles. Most of the time I stop they are out of something and I have to pull forward and wait an extended period of time for them to prepare the food. Today I ordered an 8 piece chicken box. The chicken breasts were going to take 10 minutes and they had to make chicken thighs so I had to substitute the thighs. Otherwise that would have taken 15 minutes. Another time I came by at 7am, we ordered via the AI drive up and 5 minutes afterward someone popped on the intercom and said they were not open yet due to technical difficulties. Several times they have been out of chicken! I’m not sure why I keep coming back.
I guess get my chicken elsewhere

Everything was hot and fresh. Definitely one of the better Bojangles we have been to. We did not go inside.

This had to be the worst Bojangles I've ever been in. The restaurant wasn't very busy but it was dirty.... trash cans both inside and outside the restaurant were over flowing. The bathrooms look like they hadn't been cleaned in days... the majority of the tables in the dining area needed to be washed off. There appeared to be 4 people working there but no one was covering the dining area or even the front counter. You had to order through a kiosks and they were not USER friendly and seemed to have a lot of glitches . The workers were hanging out in the kitchen area chatting. One of us orderd a coffee and it took over 10 minutes for it to come out and it was undrinkable because it was full of coffee grounds. The biscuits were got were fine but it just took forever for a place that wasn't busy no line inside and no line at drive thru. I finally asked about my ham biscuits and the girl said they should be right up.... the timer on their screen showed it was already 11 minutes. She then hands me a bag that had been sitting there for a long time and it had my biscuits in it. This restaurant has a sign on the door recognizing it as a National Training Restaurant for Bojangles...... they are in trouble if this is the case. I will never return to this location and thank my lucky stars that the Bojangles around my area are run so much better

Shockingly bad!!! Price to food ratio is BAD!! I ordered a regular size coleslaw and what I got was a tiny container of coleslaw the size you would use for condiments like ketchup for your fries. Totally unacceptable!!! Don’t know if that was the employees fault or if that’s just the new size at Bojangles. Either one , it doesn’t matter… the personal ownership of this franchise can do the right thing and give decent size for the price of the food no matter what the corporation says.

Bojangles has moved away from a food fast model. We learned buying food from them needs to be ordered in advance like pizza. We visited two different Bojangles on two different days within 24 hours of each other. One visit was for dinner at 7:30 pm Wednesday, the other visit was at 11:00 am Thursday. We canceled one order of an 18 piece box after waiting 25 minutes only to find out our food was not even in process of being prepared, after we were told 10 minutes into our wait that they were out of one side and we were welcome to substitute or wait 15 minutes for the side we ordered. Our second visit we were told up front it would be 30 minutes. We left. There is a high likelihood there will not be a third visit, unless we are in the mood to sit down and wait for our food to be prepared like a restaurant with service.
