Dominos is usually my favorite pizza chain but this particular location is pretty consistently bad. They make the pizzas wrong, don’t include all of the order, and delivery times are ridiculous so your wrong pizza is now cold. Ordered twice in the past week and both times the order was incorrect and not the time that was quoted.

I’ve never seen a place as consistently horrible as this. Often used for last minute meals but my god, like the Murphys Law of pizza places. Close this place down. Doing irreparable damage to the brand.

under the new owners, walking into to this place is like night and day. the cleanliness, service and food are on a whole new level!! I can't wait to see what they can do over time and I'm looking forward to many more orders!

Placed an order online and was given about 35 min wait time. Over an hour half later there was no update on the order. I called 8 times and they never picked up the phone. I had to drive to the store to cancel the order. The pizza was there and they tried to give me a good pizza because it had been finished cooking for 45 min and just sat on the shelf.

This is really about the online service. I’ve tried to order it by changing my card multiple times and I’ve had the worst experience. It doesn’t save the card, I’ve spent 45 minutes trying to save a new card for the profile so I can easily order and it still doesn’t do it. I will not be ordering from Domino’s ever again. Fix your platform.

I waited an hour for a 30 min delivery. When I went to the door to see if I could find the delivery driver. I found my pizza on the front porch, in the rain when I called they said that the delivery driver knocked. I was sitting in the kitchen with my wife, no radio, no TV, Not to mention that I have a dog that not only lets me know when someone is at the door, but he also knows what pizza means because he gets the crust. But somehow we didn't hear the knock. Don't even get me started on the treatment I received received when I called to complain.

Could not use the app for my Address so I called the store, employee spoke to the manager and said that they could deliver at my current address. Put my order in. The driver got confused on my address so she contacted me and gave it to her. Then, I get another call, saying that they can’t deliver, that they never shouldn’t have accepted that order. That they would refund me entirely. It’s weird because I saw a dominos driver last night delivering to this location.

Food was not that great. My lava cakes had no sugar on them and one was hard as a rock. My pizza wasn’t that good either. Kinda disappointing

Well they certainly live up to their reviews! Domino’s lost a customer tonight. I have been a faithful customer of theirs for years and put up with a lot of the faults ( orders not being correct, late deliveries) but tonight I’m done. I ordered one extra large pizza for delivery and I asked that it be delivered with no contact. It was extremely late, (of course)and the girl rang the doorbell when I brought the pizza inside-It looked like this! Absolute garbage.. when I tried to talk to the “manager” he was extremely rude and unhelpful and could not care less!
THE WORST PIZZA EVER! I ordered carry out… and it was the worst tasting pizza, to the point, I’ll NEVER come back, it was SO DRY, no tomato sauce whatsoever, hardly any cheese, it was just awful. Pizza Hut is way better, don’t waste your time or money… a frozen pizza would’ve been better.

Absolutely disgusted tonight after choosing to pick up my pizza myself rather than wait any longer. The boy at the counter told me “you can take your business elsewhere.” Don’t worry sir…I will! There are too many better pizza joints to deal with that ever again. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Constantly very long wait, and the food is almost always cold. I am a DJ and my son (17) likes delivery often but we constantly have to reheat it when it finally gets there, or sometimes they offer to remake it, but the delivery time is NEVER what the app says, and the food is almost always cold.. tonight, no door bell, no knock, my son found the pizza on the ground outside the door... And we have 2 dogs that go nuts when someone comes to the door so obviously they didn't knock or ring the door bell. I really wish there was a such thing as customer service again...

Normally they are very good at this location, today granted it was a Friday the pizza was burnt and the crust was very very thin, 3/10 on the food
