“I really enjoy coming here. Even when it’s super busy, the staff always take the time to greet me with a smile. KC, the manager, and Rachel, the assistant, are always professional and treat you like family. Their customer service is outstanding, and the kindness and smiles from all the staff always start your day off right.

And to the complainers (because I’ve seen a few): maybe find a hobby that suits your bad attitude… like arguing with parking meters, yelling at clouds, or licking batteries to see if they’re still good.“

“I cannot recommend Burney's (Wilmington location specifcially) enough! The owner, Anthony, is incredibly kind and generous. I used them for my wedding desserts and got 6 flavors of croissants, cake balls, white wedding cake and a 15 layer caramel cake. Several people told me it was the best wedding cake they have ever had. My only regret is not getting more croissants because they were gone SO FAST - people are still talking about them! Not only was the quality of everything amazing (as it always is when I'm just visiting the store), but everyone was so kind and helpful. I did several tastings and this one was by far the best (in flavor and service), they have so many options, are super customizable, have a reliable staff - truly everything you could want in a local bakery or a wedding vendor!“

“Our visit was very enjoyable. Anjelah was very pleasant and professional. Our order was accurate and the coffee was perfect. Plus she sings very well. We ate at the location so we got to watch her interact with all the customers that came in. I think she made everyone’s day a little better. We will definitely be going back to this location again.“
