Coming from a former New England girl, this is the only Dunkin I’ve found that’s close to back home. If only they could teach all the other locations down south

I really enjoy coming here. Even when it’s super busy, the staff always take the time to greet me with a smile. KC, the manager, and Rachel, the assistant, are always professional and treat you like family. Their customer service is outstanding, and the kindness and smiles from all the staff always start your day off right.
And to the complainers (because I’ve seen a few): maybe find a hobby that suits your bad attitude… like arguing with parking meters, yelling at clouds, or licking batteries to see if they’re still good.
If I could give this place a zero I would. Went there to the drive-through this morning. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and a redeye medium with cream and sugar. When I got up to the window, they were trying to serve me a cold beverage. I told them a redeye is served hot. The lady began arguing with me and told me a redeye has always been cold. She was very rude disrespectful I would never go there again.

I stopped by this evening to order half a dozen donuts and the girl running the drive thru hesitated then told me that the establishment was closing soon and they only had 20 donuts left, but she could provide the two chocolate glazed donuts out of the half of the dozen that I requested. After pausing, she was about to say something else but I simply drove away. It sounds like the girl is hoarding the chocolate donuts at this establishment from the sound of other reviewers. I would avoid.

I went through the drive through and ordered a coffee. I paid with a card and when the young man when to give it back to me he throws the card at me and it landed on the ground. He looked at me like it's your problem not mine. I said how am I going to get that back? I can't open my door because I was right next to the drive through window. He just shrugged his shoulders like I can't help you. I said I guess I will pull up but there is a car behind me. He just looked at me. I said are you going to help me? He said I will signal for the card to wait. You think he would have came outside and got the card for me. It was his doing. I will never go back. The coffee was horrible.

They never brought the coffee for curbside then when I went in to ask about it they laughed at me said they don't do that though the app says they do. I said thank you and they laughed and called me pissy.
The employees were very rude

Kacey has been managing this place for years. Once you realize the type of person she is, it’ll make a lot more sense why everyone else there doesn’t care about human decency. I grabbed straws the way she didn’t like, came in the next day and was told to never come back. I placed a mobile order (already paid for) and was told that I wasn’t receiving it. The case corporate has against her will hopefully be enough to fire this lady.

Why are you rushing me can I have a minute of your time please, there is no one else here.
Now I understand why there was nobody at Duncan Donuts and the eating is 3 stars.
Customer service training might be helpful!
Ordering coffee and the impatience of the girl taking the order was so short we decided to go elsewhere for the rest of our coffee drinks.

Why would you make it harder on your employees by having to interact with more customers than needed at the window for pick up orders? You could literally eliminate half of your line by allowing people to order online, walk in, grab their order and leave. If you are short staffed that would be the smarter thing to do. Your hours of operation state 6am-8pm then the doors need to be open from 6am-8pm or you need to update it. I get some people are not morning people but maybe if you aren’t a morning person we should work at a coffee shop that opens at 6am…… I’m in service so I give grace because I do understand how the public can be but certain things are just unnecessary especially an attitude at 6am…

Always was a hit or miss. I’ve never been compelled to leave a negative review anywhere, however a recent experience changed that and just solidified the fact that I will not be returning to this location. I’ve had nice experiences here with some friendly staff, but it seems like they no longer have standards and hire rude people with absolutely zero customer service skills and an attitude to top it off. Seen a few other reviews pointing out the rude employee(s). I’d recommend going to the other Dunkin locations nearby instead. :)

Went through the drive thru today and ordered 2 drinks, 2 bacon wraps and a croissant. Asked the girls at the window Chloe and Kate to cook the wraps and croissant extra so the bacon was well done and they were perfect! Also asked for my matcha green tea extra hot and it was the best one I’ve ever had from here. Just wanted to leave a great review for these two girls because they deserve it!!

The worst Dunkin I have ever been too. Been here a few times and some way somehow my order is ALWAYS WRONG. The girl taking the order is rude with an awful attitude. The experience has been awful 100% of the times I have been here. DO NOT RECOMMEND. If I could give no star, I would.

Not open at 7:02pm. Need to change service hours on Google Maps. Business information listed wrong service times. Still says open until 8p.
