the worse go through drive thru then tell you to pull up and never bring your food 20 minutes later go in to get said food and they haven't even started order. requested refund took even longer for her to figure that out . ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE SERVICE AN THEN HAS ATTITUDE ABOUT IT

Absolute dumpster fire. With only 1 car in front of us, it still took 10 minutes to get our cold, incorrect order. Missing 1/3 burgers and 1/2 fries. During the 10 minutes waiting on refund, there was no apology offered. Word to the wise: Chick-fil-A is 8 minutes away.

The staff in the mornings here are always super friendly, fast and reliable. I wish the food was as good as the people working here. Their on going special of $5 for two sausage and egg biscuits is a great deal. Only problem is the biscuits are so hit or miss. Somedays, they are over the top Good, soft and delicious. Unlike today, hard, over cooked and uneven. I guess it’s hard to slice and biscuit these days. Top was thick, just a sliver of bread for the bottom.

Unbelievably slow service. Counter person helping us was doing both inside orders and drive through orders. Manager with clipboard who was walking around offered to help us but then disappeared. Other people behind us in line walked out.

They really need to change their drive thru menu to reflect the increased prices for combos. The last 3 times I went here and placed an order I ended up driving off when my total was higher than what the menu said the price was. And I will do that every time on principal.

First I will say the staff were great! The food, not so much. There was 4 of us and all of our food was trash worthy. Food tastes like it had been cooked the day before. The oil tasted old,needed changed desperately. .My first and very last time going there.
