I absolutely love the fire shrimp and veggies. This is also one restaurant my kids get all excited about that’s not McDonalds. The flavor is amazing and price surprisingly good for a family. Service has been friendly and accommodating as well. This is one of my favorite go to restaurants in Hampstead.

I want to get on her publicly thank Jacob the manager of this location for supplying a food donation for the church of porters neck on a last minute event this evening exquisite service from being on the phone with communicating about the event to food being ready at the prompted time he stated. everyone working tonight 10/5/24 amazing csr work and amazing chef work as well as management keep up the great work again very short notice of the situation and it being handled fast efficient and smoothly 🤩🤩🤩 can’t thank y’all enough

I ordered the chicken and vegetables. There was very little chicken and 1 small piece of zucchini and a lot of onions and rice. Basically it was rice and onions.

After standing at the window for 10 min I finally get recognized and pay. I’m told to just stand over there and wait. It had been 30 min since I called in a kids meal. I ask is it not ready yet, to the response of well yea it probably is but I have people in the drive thru

The food is great but there is always a problem with their phone meaning that you have to wait in the parking lot after ordering. The last few times I went there the workers had pretty bad attitudes. Poor customer service. This will be my last time. I would not recommend. Go anywhere but here.
After having H2G in Wilmington I was reluctant to try this location closer to home. I was appalled as I pulled to the window and saw an 88 sanitation score…. After having second thoughts we still decided to place and order.. idk why.. got home and noticed the orders were missing shrimp. Immediately called back to let them know and the lady who answered had little to no concern, long story short customer service is not their strong suit. Paid over $35 for two plates of hibachi and wontons, save your time and money and avoid this establishment. Instead of driving 30 minutes round trip to pick up an extra side order of shrimp, here I am writing this review.

1st and last time we will be a customer. Spent just under $40 for two of us that were excitingly awaiting a hibachi night, just to get home with the food that was not edible! We still have the food as we only took several bites from each plate - I plan to take it back to them today! The spring rolls were drowning in grease, and the wantons were SOUR! The plates themselves were cold and the meat was very dry and just had a bad taste! None of the food seemed "fresh." We will not select this place again for our hibachi cravings. New in town, bad experience!

Let me start off by saying we have spent so much money at this place but, a couple other times and just now we hardly got any food (same cook that does this every time). $35 for something that’s not even going to fill us up. There’s a huge issue when you have to go pick up more food bc the almost $40 food was barely enough to feed a toddler. Makes me sad bc we have always loved the food but there’s no way I’m going to keep coming there after tonight. You should feel embarrassed serving what you served us tonight.
