I’m really disappointed to have come here And it’s closed on a Monday. I cannot stand a business who can’t afford to employ somebody on a Monday the busiest day of the week. Do better

I can’t believe after living here for 3 years I’ve finally tried this place out! 10/10 authentic NY/LI style hero’s! I can’t wait to treat myself here more often.

We just moved our business up to Hampstead and this was a great find! Great sandwiches! Great staff! Glad it is close by!

I got a small meatball sandwich and it was very good the meatballs tasted better than it looked it doesn't look like it's handmade but it still tastes great and I love the fact that you can shop around while you wait for your food but save your money and don't get the cookies in the cabinet under the counter it tastes like the counter

Extremely friendly and helpful service. High quality food. I had the Italian sandwich, a piece of chocolate cake and a root beer and everything was of high quality and very tasty.
I would consider making a dining area more obvious because it was not clear visually or by in invitation whether the 2 chairs and table are there for the environment or you can actually sit there. Definitely consider supporting this establishment.

Had to post a review because we go here frequently for the Italian sub, but today we tried the meatball parm sub. It was amazing. My uncle is in from NY and said it’s better than the ones he gets there. I’d add a photo, but it didn’t last long enough to take a picture. The sauce and the meatballs were excellent. And the kids a huge fans of the cookies. Thanks, Sheila and staff.

Every time I walk in I’m greeted with smiles and by my name. This is the only deli from Jacksonville to Calabash that I enjoy, the only true deli in the area. The food is always outrageous whether you’re stopping in for a quick sandwich, quality Italian ingredients/pastas, or a delicious home cooked meal. They don’t spare any expense with their ingredients; all boars head meats/condiments and bread flown down from NY. There’s not a deli for 50 miles that holds a candle to this spot. I just wish it was closer to my house
