Had to post a review because we go here frequently for the Italian sub, but today we tried the meatball parm sub. It was amazing. My uncle is in from NY and said it’s better than the ones he gets there. I’d add a photo, but it didn’t last long enough to take a picture. The sauce and the meatballs were excellent. And the kids a huge fans of the cookies. Thanks, Sheila and staff.
Every time I walk in I’m greeted with smiles and by my name. This is the only deli from Jacksonville to Calabash that I enjoy, the only true deli in the area. The food is always outrageous whether you’re stopping in for a quick sandwich, quality Italian ingredients/pastas, or a delicious home cooked meal. They don’t spare any expense with their ingredients; all boars head meats/condiments and bread flown down from NY. There’s not a deli for 50 miles that holds a candle...

I would consider making a dining area more obvious because it was not clear visually or by in invitation whether the 2 chairs and table are there for the environment or you can actually sit there. Definitely consider supporting this establishment.
