We've carried Java Estate's fresh roasted coffee beans at the cafe for years. Java Estate products are excellent. Their ordering and delivery service is very professional.
Very knowledgeable and friendly. Scott gave us a tour of the facility and answered all our questions as we prepare to open our coffee shop. The staff working the warehouse were all busy roasting beans and fulfilling orders, but they all greeted us with a smile and were very pleasant to interact with.

As a coffee shop owner, when the espresso machine dies it is the life line to our customers and our business. During this last episode the customer service team went out of their way to make things right. Their knowledge of the machine their willingness to work past normal hours, their ability to professionally work together in repairing the espresso machine made me a customer for life.
