Jersey Mike's Subs

My first time at this location will sadly be my last, given the middle-aged guy who manages this store was pushy and rude. For reference, I am a fairly fast talker and I was the only person in line as I tried to place a simple two sub order... yet this dude wouldn't let me get a single sentence out of my mouth without interrupting me. The annoying part is he'd of had the answers to every question asked if only I was allowed to speak for more than 5 seconds at a time! Making your customers feel like they're an inconvenience/burden is off-putting to say the least. I haven't had this issue at any other location.

Friendly tip: unless a person seems confused or unsure of the menu, let your customers tell you what they want... it's basic manners! Ironically, the young people working along side of their boss all seemed friendly and polite. Maybe they could train him?

Lettuce wasn't very fresh so I went for a Philly. It was good. Could be a little cleaner.

The food from this Jersey smokes is always on point. They have the freshest subs I’ve ever had. I’ve been Jimmy John’s, subway, Quiznos and so many other places. This place hands down the best.

We rolled in there with 5 kids under 8yo that had been cooped up in a can for 5 hours and were hungry. If course they spilled a drink within 12 seconds of sitting down.
The staff was amazing about it. The food was a great result from the drudgery of road snacks, and everything was immaculately cleaned.

They forgot part of our order which happens, I understand. They offered to refund OR remake the sandwich. Common sense would be to focus on customer retention and courtesy, and do both since we have to drive all the way back.

I’ve been to at least 30 Jersey mikes locations over the years and this one is consistently the best. Best tasting sandwiches/ fastest/ cleanest/ employees etc- all the way around highly recommended!

Chicken salad was too juicy and fell apart when eating. Not like other locations Chicken salad. It was eaten and enjoyed getting my belly full.

Very disappointed in my Italian hoagie. It lacked meat and flavor. Next time I’ll just buy ingredients and make it myself.

No vet discount, no Air Conditioning, bathroom not too clean.
