Best sub around!

My sub had a large piece of plastic in it. Like a corner was cut off a serving bag and it fell in the food. Emailed customer service twice and had no reply. From the looks of the rest of the unanswered reviews, this location does not care about the customers who spend their money there. Won't be me again.

One of the better sub places should have got double meat and lot of extra bread I threw away

I came in to dine recently and was sorely disappointed by the service I received. The girl behind the counter taking my order barely spoke to me during my entire order. She seemed irritated and anxious to be done taking my order. She was also distracted talking and joking with her fellow co-workers while ignoring guests. The service at this restaurant used to be great, but my experience lately has been subpar.

$17.86 for a standard large hoagie that had twice the amount of lettuce than meat is ridiculous.

My husband stopped in to get sandwiches close to closing time but the guys working were very nice about making our sandwiches anyway. Then 3 ladies came in after my husband and they were kind enough to make their sandwiches also. Sometimes when you go in close to closing time people are rude but not these guys. They went above and beyond! Great job guys!

Called in for a sandwich just a #13. Just hung up on. Asked for black olives because my sandwich still wasn't made. Got rudely told no we dont have any knowing theres a can in the back. Could have said sorry sir we're out right now. After that proceeded to be rude to the following customers. Asked for his name would give it to me nor did her have a name tag. So I'm just gonna say tall bald heavy set man. Absolutely rude. I order all the time. But if he's working I'm no longer going to order I'll go else where.

Attitudes were awful. Got argued with by one if the employees who was loudly cursing when we walked in. I'd told them there was a problem with their cups. They were covered in grease. Even after I told them the problem, they continued giving out the greasy cups. Had the employee argue with me, in front of the manager, and she did nothing to stop him. Basically called me a liar.The guy was lying saying I didn't tell him there was a problem with the cups. I did, in front of several people. Behaved poorly and the manager did nothing. Then, as I'm leaving, he walks into the parking lot staring me down. All 90lbs of him. Weirdest sandwich shop interaction I've ever had. Don't waste your money. They need to completely re-staff.Oh, yeah. My order was wrong too.
