Jersey Mike's Subs

I placed a mobile order and didn’t realize until I got home that my sandwich was made on the wrong bread. I called the store I was told the store ran out and substituted white bread without notifying me, which I don’t eat. When I asked about a remake, the manager was rude, sarcastic, and dismissive, which was unexpected and disappointing. I ended up requesting a refund instead. This experience fell well below the level of customer service I’ve come to expect from Jersey Mike’s.

Amazing place always fast and accurate orders, staff are always a blast to talk to.

Staff friendliness was less than desirable. Not even a “Thank you” from the cashier. This is a no-no is food service.

The food is okay, the chicken salad tastes different than other JM so I did not like that. The cheessteaks are really good there.

Rude employees. Terrible sandwich. One scrawny little boy who had a smart mouth. A frail girl who could barely speak let alone follow instructions, and some linebacker with a bad attitude.
The Giant sub is not a giant sub here. My kids and I eat Jersey Mikes once a week. But where we're from and every other place we've lived, we can feed a family of 4 off of one sandwich. This was not the case. My son was able to eat the whole thing and we had to go else where. Something is off. We've been doing this for years so we know! They are skimping the locals here.

A Truly Excellent Gluten-Free Experience at Jersey Mike's Subs!
I recently visited Jersey Mike's Subs and was incredibly impressed by their commitment to gluten-free/celiac protocol. From the moment I mentioned my dietary needs, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a safe and delicious meal.

The manager personally brought out sealed gluten-free bread, fresh paper to prepare my sub on, and a clean knife, demonstrating a clear understanding and dedication to preventing cross-contamination. This level of care immediately put me at ease.

A special shout-out to Sawyer, who was exceptionally kind, attentive, and incredibly careful throughout the entire process. Their conscientious approach made the experience even better.

Overall, it was a truly great experience. For anyone with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity, Jersey Mike's Subs provides a safe, welcoming, and delicious option. Highly recommend!

They did not have wraps when I came in this time and it kind’ve bummed me out ngl... but the staffing made up for it, they were a blast. Not sure if I just stepped up on the right crew or what. Made me laugh and smile while I was waiting for my #13.
Definitely recommend for sandwiches too.

Best sub around!

My sub had a large piece of plastic in it. Like a corner was cut off a serving bag and it fell in the food. Emailed customer service twice and had no reply. From the looks of the rest of the unanswered reviews, this location does not care about the customers who spend their money there. Won't be me again.

One of the better sub places should have got double meat and lot of extra bread I threw away

I came in to dine recently and was sorely disappointed by the service I received. The girl behind the counter taking my order barely spoke to me during my entire order. She seemed irritated and anxious to be done taking my order. She was also distracted talking and joking with her fellow co-workers while ignoring guests. The service at this restaurant used to be great, but my experience lately has been subpar.
