It's not a bad location for the most part. Most of the time, the food is good, made correct and everything is OK, every once in a while you'll get a stall bun, hidden pinion on no onion orders and a bun that's hard or soaked in grease, but not often.

Have yet to receive a correct order from this place in 5 years. They offered to fix it and still got that wrong too. At least its consistent. Order what you want they'll give you whatever they want you to have, best place to go if you dont know what you want to eat; its always a suprise.
This is the second time that they have had me pull into a parking spot and wait for my food which is not the bad part, but yet again they forgot to make my food if it was just for me I would ask for my money back but my kids need to eat too. And they are going to sit inside and laugh that they forgot my food for a second time in less then a month time to find a different fast food restaurant.

So I rarely eat at McDonald's except for the occasional breakfast. However, I love Big Macs and treat myself about once a year when traveling alone. I was very disappointed in my visit yesterday. I used the checkout kiosk, which I don't like, but I do understand why they are necessary. The kiosk never gave me a receipt, which I pointed out to a friendly associate who offered to print me one. I then went to the restroom while my meal was being prepared. To my utter disappointment, there was no soap cartridge in the dispenser. Now, not only could I not properly was my hands, but neither could any male associate. I mentioned this as well and but it was not replaced while was in the store. The food was ready in a reasonable amount of time. The ketchup tray was empty so I had to ask for ketchup and was given a nice amount of packs but 2 of them were stuck together because of dried up ketchup on the outside which got on my hands that I couldn't properly wash off. The salt packs were also empty and I asked for them and they were provided without incident. I had to request my large cup for tea as it was not provided when my food was presented. Only one of the 2 ice dispensers worked. I like to cut my tea to make it less sweet. Both teas were very pale with harldy any flavor. The fries were delicious. The sandwich was properly assembled but bun was a little firm and not overly warm. That's a lot of things to get wrong. I ride by this restaurant about once a week and probably will not be stopping there again.

I ordered through the mobile app and pulled into the numbered spot and entered the info on the app and waited for my food to come to the car. I ordered at 12:13 and 12:28 I still had no food. I went into the building where I had to say excuse me 4 times before anyone responded. My food was just sitting in a bag. I was mad!. I did not get an apology at all. I will never go back to this one.

3 bags, 3 burgers and $13 later. I asked for a plain double cheese burger and got one with everything on it. Went back through and got another one and HAD TO PAY FOR IT. Then that one was not plain either. Then went back again and finally got a plain one but did not have to pay for it. We asked why we had to pay for the other one and this kid said that’s just how it work and threw his hands up. And on top of that was playing rap music. Never got my money back. Absolutely unbelievable.
