Can't really speak to atmosphere, but wasn't going to knock their stellar service for an I don't know. I order out. ;) It's Pizza Hut pizza, tastes as you expect it too, but these guys are on point. I've had a few issues with the online ordering system (not their fault) but each time I call, they're ready. Deliveries are LIGHTNING fast. I've NEVER had a wrong order ... they missed a 2-liter, once... but after 30 perfect orders, ya get a freebie, hahaha. Mad thanks to our pie brigade, you guys bring the smiles! Thanks!! (Please keep the Tavern Style crusts!!)

Just moved here. My pizza was great ate half, had the rest for lunch the next day. Guess some people are hard to satisfy.
Always have an issue ordering through the app now that I have 516 points to redeem for a free pizza. This then requires me to call in the order, which disqualifies me from claiming my reward pizza. Last order via phone on 6/26 the phone rep was very nice, but my order for the Hawaiian luau pizza was mistakenly placed as a chicken Hawaiian pizza, despite me detailing the toppings on it as bacon and ham, not chicken. The pizza was tasteless & not what we like, so it went in the trash. Also ordered 18 bone in wings and asked if ranch dipping sauce was included. The phone rep said "yes I will definitely throw several in". None were included when we recieved the order. Further we live on a main road with an easily distinguishable home, address clearly displayed on a lit mailbox on the road. We've never had a delivery issue before but our poor driver somehow got turned around and spent several minutes driving around the business immediately across from our home. We had to go outside and flag him down and our food was cold. We still tipped 22% but the entire experience was a big miss this time.

This restaurant is disgusting and they seem to think it’s fine to serve disgusting food to the public and have no accountability.
I ordered from this Pizza hut in Hampstead (us 17 store) on 6/19/24 around 4pm. I shortly started feeling nausea shortly after. I got very sick from ordering delivery from here. I spent $45 on my food, tipped the delivery driver adequately, and should not have had to struggle and suffer on the toilet because of an employees lack of personal hygiene.
I called the next morning to politely request a refund or to see if the manager working would be willing to process a refund since their food made me nauseous and queasy. I didn’t think it was unreasonable to ask the manager on staff for compensation for this. Not to mention this is the second time this has happened at this location. I have ate at this location twice over the span of a year and it has made me sick both times.
Ernie, the manager working whom I spoke with on the phone seemed baffled “their food made me sick.” He told me to instead go to the hospital and bring them some form saying I’m sick so they can submit it to their insurance to make a claim.
I’m beyond disappointed and upset with not only the quality of the food this Pizza Hut establishment serves but also how they treat a customer who calls because their food made them sick.
Their so called policy is ridiculous and appalling. I will not be ordering from here again, I would encourage you to do the same and go support one of the local pizza spots in Hampstead.

Nobody was friendly at this location and to make it even worse my pizza was not cooked all the way...it was warm toppings on dough. Completely disgusting, needless to say it went straight to the garbage. Definitely will not order from here anymore I will go to Domino's.

Food arrived cold and some of the worst food I have ever had from take out or delivery. Staff weren't real helpful when I called and complained.
Door Dasher was nice. Wings tasted like plastic and pizza was greasy and looked like they dumped hands full of mushrooms and onions. Second strike and the last for this family.
