WORST STARBUCKS IN AMERICA!!!

Consistently wrong! I’ve had multiple experiences where they have gotten my one drink order wrong several times. A handful of the employees are very rude. The hipster guy in the beanie everyday is the worst. I’ve only had a couple of girls who were very nice and had good customer service. Porters neck and Mayfair are much better!
Went through drive thru on Sunday at 4:15 no one in line ahead of me. Ordered 2 fraps and pulled up to window. Waited 15 minutes before she took my card and 5 more before I got my fraps. When I got them they were not frozen. My cookie crumble was just chocolate milk.

Surprisingly well-ran in-store Starbucks.
The drinks here are always on point and never disappoint. This Starbucks is actually better than some of the standalone Starbucks in Wilmington.

This location has a great group of girls that always do an awesome job! The lead especially has been here and made drinks for me going on 4+ years! Very grateful for everything that they do!

Out of all Starbucks I’ve been too I’ve never been treated with the most disrespect by employees. They got my order wrong. I specifically asked for Oatmilk due to a lactose allergy, and when I tried it, I could tell that it wasn’t Oatmilk and it was made with dairy. I then proceeded to inform the staff of the mistake, and I was given nothing but attitude. There is an employee with a spider tattoo on the neck that made me very discouraged and wanting to ever return to this location. I noticed they were extremely busy so I try to be patient. While waiting for my drink, things were being slammed around as if staff were frustrated about the mistake that they made. I’ve worked in the food industry before and I understand how busy things can get, but it made me feel as though, I was the one in the wrong with in fact I was not. My hope is that in the future we can learn to listen to customers and ring in the correct order to avoid any unnecessary attitude thank you so much for your time and consideration. Thank you so much for your time and consideration, the other employees was very sweet. It was just that one employee and I hope she has a way better day than what she was having today

Poor customer service by M*r*n*. First she let us wait for 10mins, than she admitted (rude) that she forgot us - but had to brew fresh coffee first! Before serving she spilled the coffee. All of us have a bad day from time to time, but I expect an apology at least.
