I come to this Starbucks nearly everyday considering it is right across the street from my work. I want to say thank you for the consistent great service! I order the same coffee everyday and it is almost always perfect. I would especially like to shout out LAURA. LAURA has always remembered my order and has made sure it is to my liking. Laura goes absolutely above and beyond. She always has a positive attitude and makes my entire day better. She cares deeply about her work ethic. She has made a rough morning into a great morning many times. Thank you for all that you do making this world a better place, truthfully. I wish I would have made this review sooner. This Starbucks has gone downhill since Starbucks switched mindsets and decide to serve people inside before drive thru or mobile orders. Now, it takes 15 min to make 1 drink if I order drive thru or mobile order ahead. NOT A SMART MOVE, STARBUCKS! I don't even go now because of this and I used to go 3-4 times a week. If the powers that be were wise, they would put drive thru and mobile orders back as priorities. People are picking up because they're in a hurry, if you make them late, they get upset. Why would you want less customers?

Super slow service and it was not busy at all 2 people in front of us and 5 cars in the drive through. We waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees lost 30 min of drive time. Work faster or get more staff it shouldn’t take more than 7 minutes.

Great visit. My granddaughter described a drink not on the menu, they knew and made it for her.
The drinks taste fine but I’m consistently getting half a drink. We always order two drinks so you can tell when one is not full. I stopped ordering my usual drink that has room for whip cream thinking that would solve it, but no, still getting a 3/4 full cup of a generic hot latte. These drinks cost too much to not get what you pay for.
