Steadfast Nutrition

This evening, I visited Steadfast with my son and daughter, who requested a protein shake. Upon entering, we were not acknowledged, which was somewhat understandable as the employee had her back turned while preparing tea for another customer. After a few minutes of waiting, another customer arrived, and she promptly greeted him and inquired about his order, neglecting to recognize our presence. Before addressing us, she assisted the man who came in after us, only acknowledging us after completing his transaction. The business conduct was very discourteous. Remarkably, my 13-year-old daughter was taken aback and asked me about it after we left. It's surprising that she demonstrates better manners and a clearer understanding of customer service than the staff member this evening. What a disappointment

I had the best experience with the staff here, they were patient and knowledgeable while I asked about 500 questions about things. The place is gorgeous and so clean, the owner is outstanding and the tea was delicious and made me feel amazing afterwards! I recommend Steadfast 11/10! If you’re in Hampstead stop by and support this local business! ❤️

I Went into this place today for the first time and got a strawberry banana shake. After I got the shake I tried it and it was not good at all and tasted very fake. I went back in because I was not happy with what I just paid $10 for and was told it wasn’t made with fresh fruit and was only powder… I asked if i could get a refund and was told no. One of the girls working was nice and the other was not. When I told the one girl I was not satisfied, she gave me the most disgusting look. I didn’t see anything on the menu that might have been better, but I didn’t want to waste $10, so I got a tea instead. The tea taste just like water and barely had any flavor. I will not be back.

Today was my first day and I tried one of their fall drinks and it was so yummy! This drink is a meal replacement and it tastes so good! The cashier Lauren was very sweet and I highly recommend you go!

Overpriced and people who work there don’t know or understand the ingredients. They can’t answer questions. If you have allergies you should read the labels yourself bc they won’t know what they’re giving you. Also, they primarily offer soy protein products which makes no sense being next to a gym. People who work out typically want whey protein. They are limited on whey.They’re making a killing off a scoop of protein and ice water. Seriously. Won’t return to this place.

i LOVE steadfast..they are my fav nutrition club in hampstead!! the employees are so so nice and their drinks are soo good! also for a fair price compared to other clubs! gotta love it..10/10!!!

Stellar customer service! All the girls that work here are extremely polite & knowledgeable. The teas & shakes are delicious & so much better than sugary coffees. Give steadfast a try!!
