6 out of 7 times I order on the app and 6 out of 7 times my food was 30+ minutes after it was supposed to be ready. It’s 7:51 right now and I’m sitting outside waiting. Food was supposed to be ready by 7:20 and I got here at 7:15.

I wish I can give this Subway a zero. It was dirty, and I found a long hair in my sandwich. I talked with the associate and he never cares ????????????

I eat here often as it's the closest to me on my lunch break. I use to never have any issues until staff changed recently. Yesterday the sand which I ordered for a coworker had spoonfuls of mayo that she had to scrape off a lot of it even though I requested LESS on mayo and the bacon was not cooked at all. I can't imagine I have to ask for my bacon to be cooked lol. Then today, I figured I'd give them another chance since mt daughter wanted them for lunch. There was a very long hair in my tuna and when I asked for my reciept the young guy (new) tore it off the printer and it ripped in half. His response was "well it's still legible" and threw it in the bag. I wanted to ask for the manager but I knew both staff members here were fairly new and not the managers. There should always be a person in charge on each shift. I will stop coming here and find somewhere else. It's a shame cause I eat here always and never had a problem until staff changed over.

Been there 3x they have either messed up my order (which is hard to do since they make it in front of you) or over charged me every time. They only ever have 1 person working so if your 3rd in line might as well just pitch a tent. Employees must wake up on the wrong side of the bed everyday they are rude for no reason.

ordered curbside pick up, i went inside because my boyfriend wanted to get food so i was just going to grab it while i was inside. I clicked the im here button just to let her know i was just confused and never done curbside before. The lady working was taking a guys order and they both were talking about how lazy i was for ordering curbside pickup and she repeatedly said "well she's just going to have to get it herself" i understand she's busy and she doesn't want to run it out, but it's also apart of her job and to converse about how lazy i am to a customer and making fun of me is just ridiculous.

Did an online order, very pressed for time. Got there and it wasn't even started. Two crew members were rude, petulant and just wanted me out the door. Food was ok, typical Subway, but the experience sucked!

I was there on a GH pickup. The order was made 15min before I got there. After I arrived the single worker said she hadn't gotten to it yet. I waited 10min, saw 4 customers come in off the street, place their orders and leave. When I asked the worker, "ma'am, are you going to make this order?" I got attitude, and she said when I get time. I said I have been waiting, this order was made at 2:38 and others have gone in front of me. I her the order was paid for, and I have to go. "Regular customers go first." I responded, "no they don't" they go in order of placement. She snapped and said her manager told her to say that.Well, there was only her, and no manager. So, very poor leadership, training, and customer service. The sad part is I also patronize the place, and pick up there 10-15 times a week.Shame on you Subway. If you can't fill coverage, and train your people then shutter and lock the doors until you can, or never. Because the later will come true faster at this rate.

Only customers inside restaurant at time of order. Outside of us the customers, there was the Subway employee Anna and an unknown white female not wearing Subway attire behind the counter on her phone. Intent going into Subway was to order two meals but after seeing how Anna responded to our presence, we were not interested in ordering two meals. One of us ordered a six inch meatball sandwich not toasted; however, Anna proceeded to toast the sandwich before being stopped by raising our voice. The sandwich order was simple, meatball, American cheese, and green bell peppers. The knife Anna used to fold the sandwich was coated in honey mustard, a sauce we did not order nor did we want on our sandwich. Afterward Anna folded the sandwich, she went to check on bread in the oven while unknown female showed her content from her phone. Meanwhile, sandwich just resting on cutting board waiting to be wrapped. I understand there’s concerns for lack of employees but this experience was ridiculous. Lastly, the sandwich was disposed of without consumption. Positive side was that the interior of the restaurant was clean.

Cool little place, very clean. They have one of those fancy coca-cola mixing machines. We went during lunch and it was busy, but the line moved very fast. I was impressed. The two girls working were very in sync. Saw them get 8 sandwiches together in about 10 minutes.Our server Ashley was very sweet and cheery, kept a good attitude even during the rush. She was honestly the best part about our visit.
