In the past six months, i've never gotten the correct order. Something is always missing or subs are not made to the requested order

Would rate zero if I could. Be aware that employees do not know how to read or follow company set expectations, on 4 different occasions bacon has been put in my sandwich raw, even though every time I specifically asked it to be cooked, it is company standard that all bacon be cooked before being served however none of the employees seem to know nor care. Do better.

At this subway there has been multiple times they have had rude employees. Ive never gone into this subway and had a kind employee. I watched one of the girls (who still works there..) make fun of another lady’s lazy eye. I think her name was Gianna, how gross and unprofessional. I seen the same lady post a review as well and say that management did nothing. How ridiculous. It’s a small town, and I will never be back here, as I’ll tell everyone else how this subway treats people and they won’t be back here either.

If I could rate a zero I would. Went in to try to get a sandwich that they did not make in my DoorDash order, the girl was very adamant about not replacing the sandwich, until she realized I was there to just pay for another. I have a lazy eye however, and the cashier made an ugly comment about not being able to tell where I was looking. I got upset, called the district manager, they said they would take care of it, but then found out they actually did nothing. So I suppose making fun of peoples abnormalities there is acceptable.

I was in line and a lady was in front of me with her daughter, I’m not sure what all happened but the customer was polite and explained to her what happened to her order and I heard the Subway employee being very rude and even made fun of this lady’s eye and how she looked and than the store manager came over and was being very rude to this lady both ganging up on her, she said she was calling in to complain and left very upset. I ended up leaving and now fast forward to today and that employee was still there. I just left, if subway is ok with employees acting that way I’m not coming back and I e told all my friends what I saw and they won’t be coming here either. I’ve never seen a customer get treated with such rude employees.

Friendly cashiers , always with a smile on there face serving at-least 15 people in line do ,and subway right there , the workers are busy every time I’m in there making sandwiches non stop . My favorite is the meat ball sub .

I wish I had gotten the girls name but I went in last night around 7 and ordered three foot long BMT’s. This young lady was extremely professional, hard working, and took pride in her work. As a former employer I would have been lucky to find someone with her qualities. I see great things in her future. God bless those who’s hands prepare our food.

When having an online order make sure you read everything. The boss didn’t have mozzarella and my hot sauce wasn’t on grilled chicken like i requested.

Made an online order & wasn’t ready at the time they said & I even showed up 10 min later. Wasn’t busy either, as only one person was in line ordering. So all in all, I waited 30 min for a sandwich. Left a tip & everything. Not a good start. Then come home to this. “The monster” which is double meet & double cheese. Got barely any meet & no cheese??? Ranch on only one side of the sandwich. What is this?!!!!! Bread was hard as a brick, not even edible. Will not be going here again! Very disappointing.
