So bummed, I like the wings, but have gotten terrible service both times I ordered takeout online.

Absolutely Hate Having to Write a Bad Review on Facebook, but I attempted to contact the owner or management via the email address they have listed and have not received a reply or phone call as I had requested to discuss a less than satisfactory experience I had at TopSea Wingz. Maybe they are doing so well that an experience such as mine doesn't matter to them, I am not sure.First, my friend got there earlier than the rest of us last Wednesday, 10/4/23. She asked the gal behind the front if she could order a beer...because on the picture of the menu right here on facebook - it says they have craft and domestic beers for 21+ adults. The staff person stared at my friend like she was speaking a different language and said "um no, we don't sell alcohol" - ok, no big deal, no big deal at all. My daughter and I arrive a little bit later and we place our order. 6 mild wings and popcorn chicken for my daughter. The food is ready in a reasonable amount of time, however when I got back to the table outside, I realized there were 6 wings and a container of french fries - no popcorn chicken. My daughter (she's 3) had already started eating the fries and I thought - well there's no way they will want those back - thats is definitely not sanitary - and it's not my mistake in the first place.I go back in - and this is where it gets absolutely awful customer service. I am trying to explain that the popcorn chicken didn't come out and we got the wings and fries. One girl came over and asked what the problem was and I was explaining that I did not receive my daughters popcorn chicken - there were fries in the second container. I really thought this was going to be a simple "hey, I think someone made a mistake, no worries, but can I please have some popcorn chicken for my daughter" But no. The other girl who I was originally trying to explain the issue to said "make her bring it all in and show us"...like ARE YOU KIDDING?? You think I am in here trying to get an second order of popcorn chicken? You think I am not outside eating wings with my daughter who is eating popcorn chicken? Wow. Not sure if they get ripped off a lot or what, but I could not believe it. At this point, I am not only frustrated, I am getting angry - the lack of customer service and respect to a paying customer just blew me out of the water.I go back outside, to my hungry sweet daughter, take the fries away and grab my wings and put it all back in the bag and go in to "show the teen staff" that I did not receive my correct order.The one gal said "you need to calm down" and I said, "you need to learn customer service and learn to treat customers with a little respect after basically calling them a liar about damn popcorn chicken..."Anyways - we got the chicken - eventually. What a sad sad experience to have at a local spot - AFTER the season and rush of summer.

The wings were pretty good, but the Buffalo sauce was disappointing. It seemed like just plain Frank's hot sauce dumped on them. It was easy to order online.

Topsea Wingz is delicious! I’ve always ordered the boneless wings with sweet chili. The fries have a wonderful seasoning on them - like Bojangles but better. They also offer fried pickles and cheese curds.The service is excellent, prompt, and friendly. There is an outdoor patio as well!

Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly!

Parking: Close-by handicap parking. Open parking lot with plenty of space.

We ordered a good variety of wings to try to get a good sampling of what they had to offer. The didn't disappoint! This is a solid wing place that won't disappoint you. Nice outdoor seating and everything was crisp! Goop place to go if you are looking for some great wings!

Topsea Wingz has a small menu, which I love, because let's be honest- decision fatigue is real. Loved the wings- I got the six piece traditional combo with hot honey sauce. The drums and flats were meaty boys cooked to crispy perfection- chef's kiss! While we waited for our meal, they let us try the new house chips, which were ah-mazing! I'll be making the drive back from Burgaw for sure. Come try them out, you won't regret it!

OMG!!! Tried the wings last time and was so freaking impressed! Got the double cheeseburger today and Wow!!!!!! It's HUGE and soooooooo good!!!

Excellent! I got there xtreme heat and the suicides. Nice heat, and excellent flavor. I travel a lot so i was suprised but they are the best wings I have had in a long time.
