Absolute disaster at 8:30 PM drive-thru. Lobby locked, yet they took my order, then twice announced over the speaker “We’re closed!” while I waited. Food came wrong, cold, soggy, and tasted like regret. Heard staff screaming profanities at another customer—zero professionalism. Easily one of the worst fast-food experiences of my life. Corporate needs to clean house at this location. Never again. Stay away.

Frosty machine is down all the time. This Wendy’s is on my way home and I drive an extra 5 minutes past my house to avoid this one all the time. They told me to wait one time at the drive-through for about 1015 minutes before telling me they were shortstaffed and they’re not gonna take my order. The other Wendy’s I go to Told me it was crazy how often the other Wendy’s frosting machine down.

The service was absolutely awful. Went there 15 minutes before the listed closing time, and sat at the speaker box for 2 minutes before driving up to the window and being told very rudely that they were closed. Either the store hours need to be up dated or yall just need to hire better staff.

Possibly the worst drive thru on Earth. After waiting 20 minutes in line after placing my order I'm told at the window that they're completely out of what I ordered and then put me on the spot to pick something else with no menu and a line of cars waiting behind me. Do yourself a favor and walk inside where they can disappoint you within a minute instead of making you wait twenty

Went inside because the drive through was pretty long and I know that means I’ll have to wait a little for my food no matter what. The girl up front was so rude and she was letting it be known she didn’t want to be there. She slammed my food down on the counter and shook it violently to let me know it was done without saying anything. She forgot my large fry so I asked politely for it because I know they’re busy and I even showed her I was missing it and she said “are you sure I didn’t put it in there?” And I still politely said yes so she got the fries and slammed them into the bag. Then went around the corner by the bathrooms and played on her phone. When I looked at my sandwich it was completely wrong but I was so fed up I didn’t even bother. I get that its somewhat stressful to work in fast food because I have several times but at least have some good customer service.

Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes. When it was my turn to order they had me wait a while. No big deal - it was a busy night. But then 10 minutes later the dude comes on the intercom and tells me their computer system is down. I didn’t understand him so I asked if he was asking me to pull around and order at the window or if I couldn’t order at all. He turned up the volume and screamed that their system was down and he couldn’t take my order. It was so loud that people across the parking lot turned to look. Completely unnecessary behavior. I get it you work at Wendy’s and it probably sucks but seriously…

Worst Wendy's I've been in, very rude younger female, shooting g her mouth off to us over cold French fries . We received them in the drive thru and carried the bag inside, the argument started when she recognized me walking in.
I highly recommend the hwy 55 behind the Wendy's in Hampstead. On the other hand, if you like cold food, served by Karen, head of the HOA, then stop by and you'll be miserable too.

Stopped through this evening for a good ol Frosty and Fries. Emily was fantastic! She joked back with us and interacted perfectly! She made our entire stop. The food was standard Wendy's food. Nothing great but not bad. The restaurant was FREEZING though. Be sure to being in a sweater with you if you plan to dine in!

As someone that usually does drive-thru, I have not been inside of Wendy's. A minute. Was coming back from a long drive and stopped by. This is one of the nicest fast food restaurants I've ever been on the inside. It had cool places to sit where you could charge a laptop and it had comfortable recliner type chairs along the normal fast food tables. The service was fast. When we got there we were the only people in line. They got a small crowd so when we went to get our dessert it was a little bit of a wait but pretty fast. We tried their new milkshake desserts soft serve mixed with caramel crunchies. It was delicious. We also tried the Oreo that was good. They also have a strawberry Pop-Tart one that I think I'll try, but the caramel crunch one was very delicious.. we had a coupon and got the bacon double cheeseburger. It was delicious and really a lot of food if you're hungry. Anyway, I give thumbs up to the manager and owner of this Wendy's. And we were there. There were a lot of people coming and going so I think it must be popular locally as well as four people driving through that area.

Worst customer service.
Start with the person taking the order in the drive thru. No greeting. I drive to the window and no smile or hello. All she said was is 9 dollars. She asked to drive forward. I said why do you want me to drive forward if no one is in line. She closed the window and walked away. Another person decided to walk towards the window and said can you move forward. I explained to her there's no reason for it since there's no one behind me. She says they are on a timer. I said there's no reason for me to move. She was rude and nasty. Well, I got my order and my fries were cold and the sandwich that I asked for no cheese had cheese.
Instead of figuring out how we can be more efficient, they are trying how to figure out how they cheat the system.
Where's the work ethic?
Where's management?
And then you wonder why you can not get a better job. Or better yet why you can't get a better pay.
Or why did I get fired.
I know this will fall deaf ears. Because Wendy's industry doesn't care. My order was on 8/23/25 around 7:24 AM
