Shadow Springs was the last stop on our Grand Tasting Tour. Thank you to Jamey and Chuck for an incredible event which was a gift to our daughter and son in law. As usual, it was incredible. The wines, meads and spirits were awesome.
A TRUE vineyard with exceptional wines! An intimate setting looking out over the grape vines in the vineyard in a bygone era of a rapidly changing North Carolina landscape. Refreshing and they serve Ashe County NC regional cheeses! A MUST visit winery!
My husband and I each got a flight and all the wines were delicious. Very hospitable hostess who was very knowledgeable of the wines. Great space to hang out. Highly recommend a stop at this winery!
